Bethany Bay Family & Friends Condo, Quiet setting, Wetland/Golf course/Bay Views

Beautiful condo.

our stay was wonderful!! check-in was quick. the rooms were just as described and pictured. we did have problem with the wifi. but the service people were contacted promptly and it was resolved. the location was perfect. 25 min to bethany beach, 35 minutes to rehoboth, 35 minutes to ocean city(but we never went there because we had everything between bethany and rehoboth!)

The condo was beautiful and exceptionally clean. The owners were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. We were a group of 9 and there was plenty of room for all of us plus some. We would definitely book again!

We spent a week at Bethany bay. We had a great time. The condo was close to the beach and shopping. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed.

very nice spacious, clean and fit my family perfectly. Nobody was on top of one another and we all felt like Home definitely would run again. And it was away from the hustle and bustle and we enjoyed watching wildlife right out the door.

Everything was great besides the crazy person below us who made the stay uncomfortable but besides that it was a great quiet area with fun activities all around. I would definitely go back though because Nancy was great with communication and very responsive.

We’ve always stayed around this area but was the first time at Bethany Bay. The room was very clean and nicely equipped with enough space and bedding to accommodate my family of 9. We enjoyed the pool and was close by everything the family wanted to do. Very enjoyable. Thanks Nancy for answering my questions and quick responses.

Everything was amazing like the view, wildlife, the property manager/ owner was very nice and flexible and answered all my questions! We definitely plan on coming back!

Good stay at a reasonable rate, everything as advertised, great communication with the owner throughout the process. Great neighborhood, nice amenities, great location. Would rent again.

Around 10 people can sleep in this apartment. The adjacent pool is great and the view from the screened in balcony is spectacular. There is ample parking outside.

My family enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room for everyone. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

We had a great time staying at your place and walking in the morning around the community. Your place is beautiful and was a perfect size for our family. You went out of your way to make sure the trailer had a spot for the week.

It was a little disappointing that the unit below us kept pounding on the ceiling and came up to the unit to tell us to keep quiet because they were sleeping and it was after 9am. My grandchildren are 3, 3, 6 and 13 and were not doing anything other than walking around the unit.

Property was exactly as listed. Owner was kind and courteous. 20+ min drive with moderate traffic to the beach. The wetlands off the back porch are beautiful and provide a cool breeze at night. Only drawback there is the AC unit is on the porch and very loud when it’s running. Plenty of space for two families. We had a great time with family/friends, tons of things for kids of all ages to do on the property.

We had a great time at Ken and Nancy’s. It was so neat and clean! The condo afforded us enough space to spread out with four adults and five kids. The bunk room was perfect for the older kiddos while our infant had her own room. There were so many family friendly things to do and great places to eat. We would love to stay here again!
