Stayed Aug 9, 2025our stay was wonderful!! check-in was quick. the rooms were just as described and pictured. we did have problem with the wifi. but the service people were contacted promptly and it was resolved. the location was perfect. 25 min to bethany beach, 35 minutes to rehoboth, 35 minutes to ocean city(but we never went there because we had everything between bethany and rehoboth!)

Stayed Jul 12, 2025very nice spacious, clean and fit my family perfectly. Nobody was on top of one another and we all felt like Home definitely would run again. And it was away from the hustle and bustle and we enjoyed watching wildlife right out the door.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025Everything was great besides the crazy person below us who made the stay uncomfortable but besides that it was a great quiet area with fun activities all around. I would definitely go back though because Nancy was great with communication and very responsive.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025We’ve always stayed around this area but was the first time at Bethany Bay. The room was very clean and nicely equipped with enough space and bedding to accommodate my family of 9. We enjoyed the pool and was close by everything the family wanted to do. Very enjoyable. Thanks Nancy for answering my questions and quick responses.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024We had a great time staying at your place and walking in the morning around the community. Your place is beautiful and was a perfect size for our family. You went out of your way to make sure the trailer had a spot for the week.
