Bethany Bay Beach Oasis, 4 Bed 3 bath, pool, golf, kayak, Ocean View

Super cute abs just enough room for our family of 7. Kitchen had what we needed for cooking. Table was big enough for all of us to sit down and eat together. The spiral staircase was an unexpected hit! Despite the rainy weather we had a great time!

Amenities are awesome and space perfect for 10 people. Host is very responsive and price is great. My only suggestion is if you plan to cook a lot bring your own large frying pan. We had a great week and would def stay again.

It was our first time visiting the beaches of Delaware and we fell in love with Bethany Beach and it's small boardwalk. We love that it was very family oriented with tons of activities for the kids and adults to do. It was 10 of us and we were very comfortable. My aunts were in charge of the kitchen and the only complain was that it didn't have a blender or bigger serving bowls. Other than that we had a great time at the pool, playing volleyball and kayaking which we love to do. We would love to come back next year.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The accommodations were comfortable and perfect for us. We were able to have privacy when we needed it and the kitchen and living area allowed us to gather for meals and socializing. We enjoyed the seating on the deck to read in the mornings. We golfed and walked. The pool was very nice, but we didn’t actually use it. We would definitely recommend this place for a large family gathering.

We had from ages 3-grandparents and there was space for all. We have an active family from golf to pickleball, walking and swimming. Condo is very close to the main clubhouse. The pool is very clean and we enjoyed swimming with the family.. The condo is 10 minutes from the beach and minutes from ice cream, mini golf, gocarts and arcade for the kids! Would stay again.

Our stay at 412 Crowley was perfect! The property was clean and communication with Jen was flawless. Members of our stay ranged from 1 year old to 60+ and there was something for everyone. One of our favorite things was being walking distance from the pool which includes a great kids section. Others enjoyed waking up and going over to the golf course or hitting an evening round before bed. The neighborhood is quiet but inviting. You are just a short drive from many different beaches and activities. The kitchen is big enough to cook meals and the dining room fed 10 people at a time. The balcony offers a nice morning or evening relaxation spot. The owners have made great use of this space and though we maxed out the 10 person limit we never felt crowded. We would stay again in a heart beat!

Jennifer (host) was very informative and very kind to talk to. Answered every question quickly and explained in details. Very quiet area, pool within walking distance and to drive to a shopping center (including grocery store) or beach within 10 minutes! Place was very clean and never had an issue with heat with ceiling fans and central A/C all around, felt very comforting after a long day outdoors. Would definitely stay again if we decide to come back to ocean city next year!

We enjoyed the condo and neighborhood. The balcony area looked much bigger in the photo. Plenty of room for all of us and we had a great family vacation.

Looked great online, however, upon arrival found it dirty and furniture propped to make it look unbroken when it was broken; top floor had no air conditioning; stairs and landings need good scrubbing and in need of some interior upgrades. Will not use VRBO to rent again.
