Best top floor deck and view of the water in Provincetown's Near West End

We loved staying in the beautiful spot. The place is so well thought out and made for a very warm, relaxing stay. We were in perfect proximity to everything Provincetwon offers. We were able to enjoy New Years Eve festivities and a mini snow storm that made Provincetown even prettier. Easy, quick communication with our host. Would highly recommend!

The location was great and was easy to walk to all areas of downtown. The view was amazing and every amenity that you could possibly think of was included. All communication regarding this beautiful home was provided upfront and made it seamless for us while we were there if we had any questions. We absolutely loved everything about it including our Host, David, who was very attentive and gracious.

Evey year I look forward in anticiaption of staying here. It’s my fantasy escape and every year it delivers. David is an incredible host, the views are incomparable, the location is perfect, and everything you need for an incredible stay is here. I cant say enough about how i love it here!

This was our second stay here, and all the positives I reported last year still hold: fantastic deck, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable small bedroom, excellent cross ventilation, considerate hosts. A wonderful place to stay.

Best location with a huge deck, the view is breathtaking from the condo out over the bay, the entire wall is glass and is just beautiful, we sat on the deck most of the time and never made it to the beach it was so convenient .

My wife and I found Dave’s place during our search for the perfect p-town stay to celebrate our anniversary. I am super picky and most places do not match my vision. Dave’s place surpassed our expectations! It is well decorated, clean, casual beach elegance at its best! The spot is close enough to walk to everything but offset enough from the center for quieter evenings. The view is truly magical from sunrise to the night skyline. We can’t wait to go back!! Superbly equipped, everything working. Incredible views and deck. Quiet even though just a short stroll from the centre. Parking arrangements were easy and not difficult to get to or from off the 6A. Comfortable double bedroom with a handy bed sofa which we used a few times. Comes with superb welcome book that really explains everything. Comms with owners always excellent. I cant think of anything negative at all, this is a real find, we were extremely happy staying here

This was fantastic place to stay. The property looks even better than the pictures. It's centrally located. The windows keep the noise from the street out. The appliances and AC are all modern and plentiful, and the furniture and decor are comfortable and full of character. The media set up in the apartment provided chargers, speakers, streaming services, and probably the best selection of books I've ever seen in a rental. The deck is one of the standout features, offering a nice place to read, hangout, grill, or just gaze at the harbor. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Hope to stay here again in future seasons.

My partner and I had a truly wonderful stay in this cozy, well appointed unit with a stunning view of the bay. The booking/check-in process were seamless, and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. In terms of location, there is not a better one. Easy access to the beach and within a 5 minute walk of many amazing restaurants. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The weekend was cold and rainy, but David's place was cozy and comfortable, and included all the amenities we needed. The apartment has a beautiful view with a large deck. Excellent location: easy walk to the beach and all restaurants, bars, and shops along Commercial Street. Would definitely stay again, hopefully at a time with better weather!

How could you ask for more? This is the perfect spot for a relaxing stay in Ptown. The unit is comfortable and a quick walk to the many restaurants and shops along Commercial St. I know most people don’t rent a place in Ptown with cooking in mind, but if you do the kitchen is the best stocked I’ve seen. You won’t be disappointed with this choice of rental!

Great view of P-Town Harbor. Lots of windows provide cheerful well lit atmosphere. Spacious (for P-Town). Best provisioned kitchen of any vrbo. Super deck. Cool electronics. Friendly neighbors. Helpful host.

The right location and the right view. Convenient and beautiful, our second stay did not disappoint. The deck is compelling, perfect really and this time we were able to spend more time there reading, lounging, and viewing. Thank You!

I don't want to spread the word, because I want to be able to rent again, but it's true: this is the best spot in Provincetown. It has a stupendous deck, comfortable accommodations inside, and an ideal location. The owner and manager are clear and quick in communication. It is the perfect place to stay. Don't hesitate to stay here.

As everyone says, this apartment is a wonder. It has a large deck with beautiful water views, and the location is perfect: close to everything, but just far enough away that you don’t run into crowds as soon as you walk out the door. The owners clearly put enormous thought into organizing and equipping the place. It has almost everything you need for cooking, including an electric grill on the deck, and there’s no better place to have dinner than on the deck as the sun sets. It also comes with a beach umbrella, towels, and two comfortable beach chairs. Terrific cross-ventilation meant we rarely had to turn on the AC, but it worked very well when we needed it. The owners responded promptly and generously to every inquiry. We had a restful and restorative week here. Highly recommended.
