Best Location Period! Luxury On Renowned Jones St In Heart Of Historic District!

Great location! Clean and comfortable accommodations.

Pros: never had a problem finding parking on the street, quiet/ peaceful unit, great location on the most beautiful street, ample fluffy towels/washcloths, plenty of starter supplies for laundry/dishwasher/shower, lovely decor, clean furniture tastefully decorated, two large bathrooms/showers with ample counter space, lots of windows and natural light, unit was perfect for relaxing after a day full of touring, plenty of nearby shopping, yummy café across the street for coffee and a treat, unit is walking distance to most local historic sites, starter supply of coffee pods Cons: parking on street is first come first serve, metered parking(we payed by app, but you can only pay 2 hours at a time), unloading and loading can be tiresome if you don't have a park directly in front of the unit, there are a lot of stairs to reach the 2nd floor unit, no immediate grassy area for dogs(multiple parks within 2 blocks), poor water pressure in master shower, ice maker was slow (2 ice cube trays were provided as well)

Enjoyed staying in the this historic home on Jones Street. We parked and walked everywhere or took the dot. Very convenient! Would definitely stay again.

We have stayed in Savannah several times and this was easily the best location and accommodations we've had for our family of four. Close to lots of shopping, historic sights, and in the heart of old Savannah. We are excited to stay here again when we return to beautiful Savannah! Thank you for having us : )

Beautiful street with a great location. Out the door and two blocks to the left is Bull Street. Walk through all the historic squares. Close by catch the trolly for a historic tour. Across the street is the best lunch location in town.Unit is well stocked. Be prepared for the 32 steps from the street (always a fun fitness event). Street parking is not a problem. Download the Savannah parking app and pay. Many spots to park always available. We really enjoyed it.

We had a wonderful stay at this property and would highly recommend it. This was our first trip to Savannah, and the location couldn’t have been better—close enough to walk to most attractions or hop on the free trolley. The home itself is charming, comfortable, and full of historic character. It made our visit feel authentic and relaxing from start to finish.

Location is perfect for walking. Coffee across the street and shopping too! Used parking for 1 day and felt safe. When we didn't walk we used Uber. Loved staying here for girls trip. Loved having coffee and wine on the patio. Didn't cook but having two different coffee makers was great. Michael was easy to work with and prompt with communications. Highly recommend staying here!

The kitchen was fully equipped. The house was immaculate. Towels are soft and thick. Showers are large and water is hot. Our host gave us all the information we needed 2 days prior to check in. We will definitely recommend this place to amy friends traveling to Savannah.

The location was awesome, the condo was clean and prepared for us. Ou only 2 problems was that the AC was very inconsistent. When we came in from lunch on Thursday we called you and your wife to let you know the A/C was not working at all. We finally gout it to come on, but it did not stay on. Last night once again it would not come on and it was rather warm in there as it had been the 2 days before. Also, the internet was out last night, so we could not get any TV service from 8:30 until we went to bed at 10:30. All the best, Donna

The location was perfect! The house was lovely and so charming. My friends and I found the walkability of our location very convenient and there was so much to see in just a few days in this beautiful, historic city! Definitely will come back to visit again!! Thank you for a wonderful time!!

This property is such a delight. The location is spectacular: it’s on a tree-lined street in the historic district. The property is gorgeous: it’s so spacious and the master bed is dreamy. The kitchen has all you could want/need and there’s even a wine fridge. Do note that there are steps to access the building and then more steps to access the unit. Anyone with mobility issues would likely have difficulty getting luggage up the steps. This isn’t a complaint but rather a FYI.

Really enjoyed our stay. Felt comfortable as soon as we walked in, there is just an ease to this apartment. Plenty of space for my family of five and fun to be able to stay in such a historic building on such a beautiful street. Had a bit of trouble with the keys to the main entrance but once we knew which key and how to turn it, it was fine. Forget to move the suv on street cleaning night, but we moved it just before the sweeper got to the space. But because of this we got to see how pretty the street is at night, quiet with all of the gas lights and after a rain it was just beautiful.The location’s walk-ability is excellent. Parking was great right in front of the unit! Have to say I was surprised I got that spot. Was even easy to move it back to that spot after having to move for street cleaning. Also there is a garage only five blocks on Liberty and Whitaker that I was thinking about using but didn’t need to. We would definitely stay here again!

This beautiful home set the perfect tone for our family trip to Savannah. Jones street is stunning and this home is the perfect walking distance to the beautiful parks and squares, restaurants and coffee shops, and tourist attractions like the trolly tour and multiple museums. The house was very clean, the beds were really comfortable, and it was the perfect way to unwind at the end of our long touristy days. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Savannah!

A perfect place for 4 ladies to stay. Great location, easy parking once the parking pass is purchased, and just a great overall feel. The 4 of us spend most of time at the place outside on the balcony. We never needed to get in our cars once we arrived!

Great location….we were able to walk to most places in the historic district & Forsythe Park. We loved eating at some of the neighborhood cafés & restaurants. The condo is lovely…comfortable beds & beautiful bathrooms, the living room had cozy couch & side chairs for conversation, small patio with table and chairs to enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Thx for the starter bottle of wine, water bottles & plastic cups to carry outdoors. Be advised there are many steps to get the condo….if that is a challenge for anyone in your group.

There are not words adequate enough to describe Jones Gem...... spectacular, phenomenal, outstanding don't even convey the perfection of this property. Myself and 3 childhood friends of 50 years had the most amazing time exploring Savannah and will be forever grateful to Michael and his family for sharing their home with us.

We brought our granddaughter down to checkout SCAD. Could not have been a better spot to walk everywhere and a beautiful place to stay. Can't wait to return.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful VRBO on Jones Street. The home was not only beautiful and spotless but also dog-friendly, which made traveling with our pup so much easier. The thoughtful touches throughout the space made it feel extra special—clearly a lot of care goes into making guests feel welcome and comfortable. And you simply can’t beat the location—peaceful, picturesque, and just steps from all the best that Savannah has to offer. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 4 had everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend in Savannah. This historic home is even more impressive in person. We loved being able to walk to all the sites, and would enjoy staying here again.*FYI- Strict street parking, 2hr max in front of home, but 5hr max one block down, and 40 ticket for parking on street sweeper nights which also vary by block. Look for multiple signs for all the rules, and the city website/maps.

If you want to be in the heart of historic Savannah, this is your place! We weee so impressed with everything. Of course with any old house there are quarks but they are outweighed by the charm and beauty!

The place was a true gem in the historic part of Savannah. It was within walking distance of all restaurants and shops, River St., St.John Cathedral, and Forsyth Park. It was truly a gem. The place itself was fabulous.

The location of this property on the fabulous Jones St in Savannah is perfect. We love walking this city exploring all the squares and history so this VRBO is perfect. As Michael says in the listing, there's a lot of stairs to the unit so not for bad knees. Great exercise after enjoying so many fabulous restaurants in this great city. This unit is perfect for 2-4 adults. Clean, well laid out and brightly decorated. We loved this unit! Thanks Michael for your hospitality!

Got married in Savannah this weekend and stayed at this beautiful property conveniently located in Savannah.

We booked on a Wednesday for a next day arrival. We were accommodated luckily with an early check in, the house is a great. The location is awesome. This is perfect for a small family. My wife and I shared the spacious king suite and my kids (11/9) shared the 2nd bedroom which had twin beds. Overall you will not be disappointed.

We, two retired couples, enjoyed a wonderful stay, in part thanks for the great location of this rental. The apartment was quite spacious and clean and everything we wanted to see was an easy walk.

Our stay was perfect. Spacious, clean, elegant apartment with comfortable mattress on a quiet and beautiful street. The location is walking distance from All things Savannah… shopping, restaurants and parks. Check in was easy with key lockbox and the apartment had keyless entry. There are a lot of stairs, so I would not recommend for people with mobility issues. We used the washer and dryer which worked well and were quiet. We recommend this apartment and will happily stay here again.
