Best Deal in Carpinteria!

An AWESOME PLACE that is perfectly situated near everything! Very clean. Very cozy. Perfect for a romantic getaway with your honey. Everything is within walking distance. All the food and shops are located on up and down Linden Ave and continue along Carpinteria Ave. (for chinese takeout, I highly recommend Uncle Chen!) The Amtrak station, for all my fellow Amtrak riders, is less than 5 minute walk away! The beach is less than a minute's walk! If wanna relax with your honey, BOOK THIS PLACE!

Short stroll to the beach, to The Spot, Island Brewing, and Linden St. The condo is comfortable and homey with everything we needed. Great host, great little place, looking forward to coming back soon.

We had an incredible time during our stay in Carpinteria. This was truly a jewel and the location was excellent. The beach was a two minute walk and the Spot was a five minute walk. Our bedroom had a street view and also allowed the cool ocean breeze at night.We also enjoyed the information we received from the host. Our communication was really good and all the instructions for the WiFi and remotes were laid out well We also appreciated that the pricing was reasonable for the proximity of the ocean. We would highly recommend this listing for a great stay in Carp!!!!! Be back soon!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The location is just fantastic, we walked into town with our 10 month old each morning for coffee and breakfast. Really really nice staying right in the heart of downtown and one block from the beach. The upstairs was pretty hot during our stay but the entire coast was experiencing a heat wave and there isn’t much to be done about that. Mark reached out and mentioned he had purchased a window AC unit which I think will really help. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Mark!

Everything was straight forward and accurate. All needed amenities were there, perfect for a stay one short block to the beach. It probably is the best deal in Carpinteria, a small funky town nestled along 101 between Ocean and mountains.

We rented this condo for my daughter and her husband. It was clean, so cute and had everything they needed for their stay. It was one block from the beach (condo had beach chairs, umbrella, beach bag etc) and a short walk to Linden in Carpinteria. The salt marsh is close, and we watched the rocket launch from Vandenberg from that great vantage point. The owner was very good at communicating and quick to answer any questions via returned texts. I appreciated that more than he will know! He also let the kids enter early, which was appreciated since my daughter is pregnant and had been up early for a long flight. (thank you again!)We would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone visiting the area! Lovely!!!

Really enjoyed our stay in this well decorated unit. Love the location, location, location! You can tell the owner cares about tenants and is working on more improvements towards 5 stars. Close to this status! We will definitely return and request this unit.

The apartment was very clean. The kitchen had all that we needed for preparing our own meals. The beach and park were in walking distance down the street. We love the beach town of Carpinteria.

Host had everything sent over before we arrived, the location was awesome we were a few min from the beach and also to the town. We had everything we needed at the condo. It was also a very cute condo. Would definitely recommend for a small party of 3.

Clean & cozy, with everything we needed for our week long stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. My husband especially liked the nook under the stairs for reading. Minutes from the beach and town to many good restaurants and live music. Sunsets were gorgeous! Carp is a clean, quiet, and friendly town, with easy access to the freeway. Mark, the host, was very responsive, and the check - in process was seamless. I would recommend this property to a couple and a young child for an awesome stay in Carp!

This beautiful property is nestled next to the beach! So convenient and right down the street from everything. A lot to do nearby, would definitely come back!

We loved staying here. It had a full refrigerator, a nice living space, dining space, and the bed was very comfortable. The area was quiet, and we loved that it was 2 blocks from the beach. Mark provided all the info. needed for our relaxing vacation. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed this smartly appointed condo, a block from the beach. Accommodations were comfortable and complete. Nice complete kitchen, the best bed ever and we loved the big thick bath towels. The condo grounds are beautifully kept. Carpinteria is a quaint yet hopping little town, great eatery selections, farmers market and shopping all within walking distance. Our hosts were most informative. We loved this place!

We chose this place most for price and location to the beach. It was adequate for our needs, just my wife and I. If you can't climb stairs every time you need to use the restroom, you might struggle a bit. Other that that it worked well.

VRBO is a great location in Carp - just about a block from the beach where we celebrated the solstice! The apartment was well maintained and clean. Walked to bookstore, restaurants and shopping! Missing it already.

My 18yo daughter and I had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect for our girls trip getaway. Very comfortable, nice amenities, great location only a block from the beach. Mark was a wonderful host. He provided helpful information and was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This place was great for a little weekend away with our small family. Everything we needed was provided, and we were walking distance to the beach, playground, shops, and restaurants. The complex is quiet too and parking and accessibility was very easy. We would love to stay here again!

Place is 2 minutes walk to the beach. Clean and the owner gave us great instructions. It was easy check-in and check-out.

Our recent stay at Mark's property was probably the best VRBO experience we have had. The property better than listed and Mark was extra helpful with local suggestions. The area was quiet and right next to the beach and within walking distance of downtown and restaurants. It was also great to have reasonable check in and check out times. We will definitely book again if we are in the area.

The lovely duplex was perfect for us. We cooked meals, took long beach walks and shopped in Carpenterias Main Street. All within walking distance. A lovely place for a recharge and rest. .

Mark’s Carpinteria condo was exactly what we needed. A clean, quiet and comfortable home base while we visited Carpinteria and explored the area. Close to Ventura, Santa Barbara, and under an hour from endless hiking trails with amazing views and gorgeous beaches. The bed was incredibly comfortable (and we’re both quite picky). Mark was responsive and available, should we have needed anything, and there’s a wonderful beach and walking path under two blocks away. We plan to stay here again next time we’re in the area.
