Belleair Beach Club #313 – Cozy Gulf-Front Condo with Stunning Views & Heated Pool!

We had a lovely week in 313! The weather was a wild ride however the accommodations were exactly what we had hoped for. Quaint, cozy and everything that we needed. Bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony was gorgeous.

Great view. Great location on uncrowded beach. Communication was very organized.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I was most impressed by the cleanliness when we arrived and the stunning ocean views! The kitchen was well stocked and the tub was large. We stayed with our 2 children (9 & 11) and they used the pull-out couch (could use a new mattress). It was extremely tricky for all 4 of us in the small space, however. With only one small wardrobe in the bedroom and no dressers, we essentially had our stuff laying all over. A dresser and hangers for the wardrobe would be super helpful.

This unit has everything you need for a perfect stay. Clean, comfy bed and beautiful view. Kitchen has all necessities. Quiet location. Thank you for the memories!

Clean & comfortable! Best gulf views from living area/kitchen. Beach is right out your door. We love that this is close to a lot of things but it’s in a quiet area.

My husband and I had a great time. The view was beautiful and we watched dolphins every day. The unit was very clean and well stocked.

Overall a great stay with a couple of hiccups. Property manager very quick to answer and resolved the problem. The views are amazing!!The only thing missing that would make it a better stay is a tv in the bedroom. Even a small one on the wall could work! Make this happen and I’ll be back :)

I rented this Condo for my daughter and my new son-in-law as a gift for their wedding. The communication with the agency was excellent and very helpful. The condo itself was perfect. The appliances were newer. The location to the beach and the view was absolutely perfect. We were able to have groceries delivered to them and the check in and check out process was easy. The property was quiet and family-friendly. Location was in a residential area but within easy distance to Clearwater and restaurants with a short drive or Uber ride. We would highly recommend this property.

Comfortable, clean, great view of the ocean from our third floor window! I did find it rather pricey after all the taxes and fees were added (not disclosed well either). On our first night, the door would not re-lock after we returned from an evening meal. A call to the office had the issue resolved swiftly and courteously all the way around. The TV remote was awful despite changing batteries. I had to press the remote buttons multiple times to change channels, adjust volume, skip commercials (on YouTube) despite changing batteries. Fortunately, we weren’t there to watch TV so I never asked for assistance to get it working properly, though based on

2 suggestions - get cable tv or local antenna minimum. higher than average tub sides - i'm 74, grab bar (s) would be safer

I have stayed at a few different rooms at this condo building over the last several years. Always clean, very responsive in communication, and nothing beats the views! Book the vacation, you wont regret it!

the room was excellent except the hallway light kept us up at night because the curtains in the bedroom let the light in all night.

We spent 3 nights at this unit to celebrate my wife's birthday. We enjoyed the unit, the bed was comfy and everything you needed was included. It was a bit too cool to spend a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the ocean but the view was great from the inside as well. We would stay there again ...

We stopped in for a few days to visit family. Lots of are clean up and repair happening after Milton. Place was perfect space for my wife and I to stay. Unit was clean and everything was great.

We had a fantastic time. It was clean, spacious and has a beautiful view for stunning sunsets- if you prefer the beach or balcony. If I could attach a photo of the stunning sunset from the balcony, I would because it was stunning! Would definitely recommend it to family/friends and would love to go back. Rachel M.
