Beautifully Decorated Condo Steps to Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, will be back again!

We greatly enjoyed our spring break in Carpinteria. Great location next to the beach that was perfect for three of us. We enjoyed sunsets on the beach, walks to the seal sanctuary, Anacapa island shoreline cruise, ice cream and tacos in Carp, sightseeing and lunch on the wharf in Santa Barbara. Pool and hot tub were not available during our stay and some work was being done on the building, but the owner clearly communicated that in advance and it did not cause us any issues during our stay. Kitchen is well stocked and the condo is very clean. Check in and check out were very easy and the owner communicated these items very clearly. Highly recommended if you want a quiet beach getaway!

Great location 1/2 block to the beach! The condo was well stocked with great beach toys and the welcome basket was so thoughtful! Plenty of parking and overall very comfortable. Linda and Rick were great hosts! We'll come back!

This property was perfect for our family. The property had two bedrooms with comfortable beds, a lovely patio for afternoon sunshine and happy hour drinks, and was equipped with everything we needed to make our own meals. Beach towels and beach chairs were provided. The location was perfect right across the street from the beach and walking trails along a salt marsh nature park. Linda, our host was great about responding to any needs we had. The property was easy to access and find. Street parking was easy and convenient. We are looking forward to visiting again soon.

Linda was super responsive and accommodating, and her condo was perfect for our group of three. The treats were a delight and the location is perfect. We’ll be back!

Great condo close to the beach

Everything was great! The condo is beautiful and we love Carpinteria. The whole process was smooth, even when we needed to update our reservation dates it was easy. We had a good time and will be back!

This place was exactly as listed! Linda was an excellent host and great communicator. The place was nicely decorated and furnished with everything you could imagine, and more. Beds were comfortable, sheets and towels excellent quality. We would recommend this place to anyone and hope we can stay there again if needed. Parking area was gated which helped us on the weekend when traffic pickedUp for the beach people. Pool and hot tub were nice too. Loved the patio area and would have used it more except we had rain.. Highly recommend this property!!

We wish we could have stayed longer. We loved the feel, everything we needed was there. The gift basket was fantastic! We don’t drink, so we left the wine.

We truly loved our stay here in Carpinteria. Linda was the perfect host -- quick with responses and helpful. The place was so well stocked (kitchen, beach things, etc). and an easy walk to the beach. Such a fun little town for us to explore. We cannot wait to come back!

This is a comfortable condo conveniently located within 1 block of the beach, a marsh to view birds and wildlife, and an easy walk into downtown Carpinteria where there are many quaint shops and a variety of restaurants. It has a well equipped kitchen, a new electric grill on the patio, and everything you need to spend the day at the beach. The condo complex has a two pools and hot tub. Parking is free and convenient. The owner is friendly, helpful and quick to respond. My husband and I had a lovely time.

We loved staying at this beach condo. We had our family stay and enjoyed the beach, charming Carpinteria, and nice weather. We are planning on staying at the beach condo each summer for our family vacation. Loved that the Carpinteria Salt March was right across the street. No buildings across the street, just nature. From the patio you can see the beach and walk to it in less than 5 minutes. Very restful and pleasant time for all of us. Easy check in, comfortable and very clean and charming space. Loved that we could watch local Santa Barbara news. Excellent choices in every way. Highly recommend.

Another wonderful holiday in Carpinteria. We come every year and try to stay in Linda's condo as it is almost like a 2nd home. Beautifully decorated, lovely views from the patio and really well equipped. Everyone in the complex as a whole is very friendly. Thank you!

Absolutely Amazing!

Four of us - adults with teens. Had a great time. The location is perfect - so close to the beach. Condo is stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards etc. The kitchen is well stocked as well. I recommend for a beach vacay.

My family has visited Carp every summer for 16 years. While we have stayed at many VRBO’s this one undoubtedly takes the cake. Every owner could learn a lot from Linda.In addition to being immaculately clean, the unit was stocked with literally everything you could possibly want or need, and I mean everything. Just bring your clothing and toothbrush.Seriously.The location is perfect. Right across from the beach and in walking distance to town.Linda is a phenomenal host, and responded quickly to our text messages.If you’re debating where to stay, pull the trigger on this one!

Love Carp, and this spot was completely as advertised. Beach is right outside, and still walking distance to shops and restaurants. Linda was a fantastic host with clear instructions and communication. Highly recommended, for sure.

If you are searching and searching for a carefully curated property look no further. Beautiful decor, amazing location, with beach and nature preserve steps away. Carpenteria is the perfect alternative to the busy Santa Barbara city with a laid back vibe, great food and friendly people. Our condo made life easy and enjoyable, whether at the pool and jacuzzi or the ocean it was all just perfect. Walkable to town and a great bird watching hike in the preserve, the pictures show it all. Wonderful hostess in Linda, who is very on top of all the details with the best gift basket I have every received- thank you Linda.

This property is literally steps from the beach. Our family of four enjoyed our stay for beach time, a trip to the Channel Islands, and cooking in. Highly recommend!

The condo was as described and perfect for our family of 3. Location was fantastic for beach access and walking into town. The hosts thought of everything a family could want - games, beach chairs, sand toys and a very comfortable stay. We can’t wait to stay again!

Many amenities, much appreciated. Hot tub was used most days, nice and hot! Kitchen had everything we needed. Comfy beds. Superb location. Stayed 8 nights. Hope to stay longer next time..

Linda answered any questions we had promptly! The condo is so cozy and clean with everything you need! Literally steps from the beach and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. My favorite part was sitting on the patio with my coffee in the morning listening to all the birds in the marsh! We will hopefully get to stay here again in our next visit!

Great property. We'd stayed here before, and it was just as good this time. Clean and just about everything we'd want in the kitchen. Perfect location, and we appreciated the availablilty body boards and a few sand toys/shovels. We appreciated the availability of an outdoor hose to wash off sand, though it could have been a few feet longer!

We had a wonderful time. The place was beautiful and the location was amazing.

Hosts were great and the place was nice and clean. They provided a sweet welcome basket and had many supplies that we did not need to worry about purchasing (coffee, soap, paper towel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, misc food items etc.). I messaged them a few hours prior to check in to see if we could get in early and they promptly responded that we absolutely could. We also lost the keys and they were very kind and understanding and did not charge us. They immediately had someone drop off an extra pool key. Great hosts!

Property is exactly as described and more. Carp is a lovely town and staying a block from the beach a treat. Host was the best. Responsive and welcoming.

This was our 5th stay at this property. The condo is lovely and just steps from the beach and the wildlife preserve across the street.

We loved our stay! It was perfect for our family- a SHORT walk to amazing beach, small things like a stool kids could reach, great extras like wet suits, kids books, games etc. We also really enjoyed how well stocked the kitchen was- between the spices and every bowl, platter, casserole dish and more we had it all! Personal preference did think the bed was a little soft, Also the marine air had gotten to the bikes so decided against riding them. Overall would recommend in a heartbeat!

Steps to the beach made it incredibly easy with kids to hit the waves! Carp is a magical town and we will definitely be back!

Met all expectations!

We spent a long weekend at the condo and it was perfectly located to do all the activities we were looking to do from Solvang, to Santa Barbara, to the Channel Islands, to spending time at the local Carpinteria Beach. We look forward to visiting again in future!

This our 2nd time staying in Linda's condo and it was as great as the first time. The condo has everything anyone would need and it's mere steps from the beach! We've already bookedin April.

The rental and location are perfection! The condo was clean, well organized, and included everything that we needed for a relaxing stay. This is the first VRBO rental I’ve been to that included the basics needed for cooking. It was a treat to not have to buy spices and oils to prepare meals. The beds and bedding were very comfortable…even the rollaways! Sitting on the patio I could see the ocean and the nature preserve across the street. We could even hear the waves crashing. It’s walking distance to town, a park, and really cool tide pools. The kid and adult swimming pools are nicely heated. My granddaughter and I got in even though it was only 70 while we were there. There were kids books and toys as well. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay and can’t wait to go back.

Everything about this beautiful property lived up to the online description, and I've never had more gracious hosts than the owners of this home. We were in heaven!
