Beautiful Condo on the island of Sunset beach steps from the beach.

Beautiful condo with a close walk to the beach. Owner was awesome and we had a great time! Highly recommend staying here and we will be looking to book again.

David was great to communicate with. The condo was beautifully furnished. It was super clean with everything we needed for the week. Furniture & beds were comfortable. The location is great...just a short walk to the pier/public beach access. We would most definitely stay here again!

This Condo was just adorable! It was furnished with class and was very clean! And just a quick walk to the beach. I love that there was a list of suggested restaurants too. I will definitely be back.

Perfect Spot to Recharge! This condo was exactly what I needed for a relaxing getaway. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt very welcoming. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials—just bring your own groceries. I really appreciated how close it was to the pier; the walk was the perfect distance. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions I had. I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The condo was decorated beautifully. Very clean. Short walk to the beach. Conveniently located we had a wonderful day.

Property was very clean, updated, kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I've ever experienced in a rental. Loved the screened porch!

We had a great stay at this beautiful property - its an easy walk to Sunset Beach and the property was just as described. Has everything you need and more plus the AC works great (it was very hot!).

This is a great condo. A short walk to the beach and shops on the island.

My husband and I have experienced many condos on 27th St. and this so far has been the nicest, most clean and modern with so many amenities. The correspondence was prompt, professional, and kind with some flexibility, which we appreciate! The King bed was amazingly comfortable. We had a wonderful stay here.. a few small suggestions would be having a small sweeper available to renters to clean up daily sand that is tracked in, and an iron with ironing-board for wrinkled clothes from packing. Otherwise perfect, I almost feel worried that this honesty will affect our booking availability in the future!

Cozy, comfortable, quiet condo in a great location. Well furnished with great cookware. This was a wonderful experience and we look forward to staying here again!

Great location on the island and a short walk to the beach. Condo is very well appointed and is very clean and comfortable. Easy check and great communication with host.

We’ve stayed a total of 3 stays and the owners always have a clean comfortable place!! We needed this place to relax and unwind as we completed our home project. Thank you David for your hospitality!!

Very clean and comfortable unit. Met our needs. We had an issue with our schedule and had to request an additional nights stay. Owner and process easy to maneuver!
