Stayed Feb 11, 2026We had a wonderful stay. The place was very spacious and clean. Loved the closeness to the beach. We liked the fact that nobody was there and we had the entire place to ourselves. We also stayed in July when the weather was hotter and it was also really nice.

Stayed Jun 9, 2023Spacious, clean, quite, amazing ocean front view. Check in easy and quick, thanks Carmen! It's 20 minutes away from town. Was able to use Amenities at Mayan Palace as well as Luna Blanca. Will definitely return.

Stayed Aug 26, 2021Pros: -Nice patio -Good location -Quiet -Spacious -Good A/C -Big pools Cons: -Black mold under AC vent -Floors dirty, stained towels, bathroom had blood or something else gross sprayed against the wall. -AC is LOUD and wakes you up every time it switches on. -Power outlet near bed sparked when plugging in phone - dangerous. -Check in was at 4pm, but there is no one at front desk after 4pm. There was no one at the front desk ever, except for one security guard sometimes. We did not see reception staff the entire time. Security seemed hesitant to let us in and we had to call to have someone bring us a key. -Furniture in the apartment is very worn and dirty. The lounger is ripped up and needs to be replaced. -There is no way to control the volume on ANY of the TVs. TV in living room is set to very loud and there’s no way to turn it down, so can’t watch TV. -Kitchen utensils are limited at best. About 5 plates and 5 cups. Bring your own plates if you don’t want to run dishwasher after each meal. -Pools are in need of maintenance and repair. Tiles are missing, decking is crumbling away exposing rusted rebar, water level seems low.
