Beautiful 2/2 condo right on the beach with water view from every room.

The host was very welcoming and responsive and easy to communicate with. Property has an excellent location right on the beach. Can watch beautiful sunsets right from your living room or step out the door.

The 414 condo at Gulf Belleair Condominiums is spacious, well supplied and perfectly located. However the following list of cleaning and maintenance deficits is long. Coffee pot full of old grounds and mold Blender base filled with slimy mold Keurig in the same disgusting shape Dust bunnies hanging from ceilings and under every piece of furniture Crusty edges on tables and their bases Paint peeling in various spots and rooms Lint filter in dryer overflowing (emptied now of course) Washer unbalanced No bath mat in 2nd bathroom Beach toys thrown in heap still full of sand TV in 2nd bedroom has no reception/connection Pile of plaster/concrete beneath stool tank from plumbing job Behind each of the lavatory fixtures there is a buildup of grime,calcium,and hair The filter in the refrigerator door water dispenser needs replacement Lime buildup on water and ice dispenser Lamp on right side of master bed broken switch Under rack filled with owner’s shoes at entrance door, piles of sand underneath Lots of personal items in bathrooms,(used soap,loofa,shampoos, etc) All vents dusty Veneer/contact paper dangles from kitchen cabinets This is not a neglectful cleaner. This hasn’t been deep cleaned or maintained in a very long time. The sheets and linens were clean. We cleaned cooking items as we needed to use them. It needs immediate attention.

This condo was beautiful inside and out! Very relaxing, nicely clean condo, owners were very accommodating, and no crowds on beach. We look for to renting from them again.

You can’t get any closer to the gulf! Wonderful view!! Beautiful sunsets! The condo was nice but we had a few issues requiring maintenance. Arva did respond promptly and issues were resolved. Very enjoyable stay!

Beautiful condo. Very well kept up. The view was to die for. Only issues would be living room furniture not great and sheets were definitely old. Arva was wonderful to work with. We would have loved another week but already booked. Thanks, Arva for the beautiful sunsets.

Very nice condo. Updated kitchen & baths. Great views from all windows. Comfortable except living room furniture. Would book again for next spring.

My husband and I rented this condo for a quiet getaway during the fall. I must say that the condo exceeded our expectations and the pictures don’t do it justice. The interior was very tastefully done and our stay felt like home away from home. It was equipped with everything we could think of. There were also plenty of beach supplies as advertised, and all we packed were our clothes. I especially loved the fact that there was a washer/dryer unit in the condo and the kitchen was fully stocked including essential appliances. The beach was 50 yards away and never crowded and the view was breathtaking from every room. Arva was more than a pleasure to work with and I know we will be renting from her again!

We have been staying in condos all up and down the gulf for 30 years and I must say this is one of the best. Beautiful view and sunsets. Lots of nice restraints and activities near by. The condo itself is well stocked and comfortable. There is a grill right outside the back door and the ocean is 50 yards away with no steps. Paradise! Hope to get back next year. Arva is awesome to deal with very professional. We spent our 30th anniversary there and it was a great time we will never forget.
