Beautiful 1-BR Oceanfront - Closest to Beach & Private Pier!

Excellent location for beach access. Condo was well appointed ! Just a wonderful place!

Perfect Beach Getaway with Stunning Dune & Ocean ViewsOur stay was fantastic from start to finish. The condo was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. We especially loved the balcony overlooking the dunes and the ocean—sunrise and evening breeze were highlights every day. Beach access was convenient, parking was simple, and the building was quiet and well-kept. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful, and check-in/check-out were a breeze. We felt right at home and had everything we needed for a relaxing week. Highly recommend and we’d definitely return.

The condominium was nice. The beach view was awesome. Walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores and grocery stores.

We had a great stay, very clean and filled with everything we needed. The view of the ocean was perfect and walking ditance to shops, restaurants and bars. We loved being so close to beach. Thank you for a great place to stay!

The condo was perfect had everything that you needed for a home away from home, the air conditioning was perfect, the beach was right outside the door, the only complaint that I have is no ramp to get a wagon to the beach, I heard it from many of the tenants, the condo was very clean and the design of beach decor was very nice, thank you Paul and Ruth, we will be back, thank you again

Overall, our stay was very pleasant. We really enjoyed the balcony at night. Bunnies would come out and the kids loved watching them. The pullout couch was perfect for the kids to sleep on the bed in the master bedroom was a little tall and a bit difficult to get into but it was OK. This place is really well stocked in the kitchen and we were able to cook all of our meals here and saved a bunch of money on going out. The bathroom and shower are really nice.We also really enjoyed access to the pier in the fact that the beach was right there. I was a little worried that it would be kind of loud at night time, but it wasn’t at all. It was actually very pleasant. There are so many things to do nearby. We really recommend people checking out excursions to Morris Island. We found so many sharks teeth and had a great time and it only took a few minutes to get there from the condo. Perfect place for a small family highly recommend.

What a great place! Perfect location for the beach and restaurants! Nice condo and amenities! This was our second stay and we hope to visit again soon.

We enjoy the location close to the fishing pier and we’re happy to be able to return after a year off. The unit is clean and well equipped for cooking but also close to seven excursions restaurants.

The condo was excellent. Well equipped and very pleasant and clean. The proximity to the beach and pier was amazing. The host communicated well and we would highly recommend this for your vacation getaway

Awesome trip, went down for a weekend away for my wife’s birthday. The accommodations were better than expected. Communication was great, amenities were just as described. Loved the private beach and pier access. Great food, atmosphere and scenery. We finished our time with a tour of USS Yorktown, was an amazing trip! Thank you! Hope to come back soon!

This condo was in a perfect spot for the beach. Loved being able to walk to restaurants. Only criticism was that it was too hot in the house and we could not control the AC. Made it difficult to sleep comfortably

Great location - right next to the boardwalk and beach access! Loved the balcony to sit and relax and so convieniently located to restarants and shops!

Our little family had the most amazing time here! We've always gone to IOP for the 4th of July but have never stayed on the island. The location was perfect! We were able to walk to dinner, and the condo had everything we needed to make dinner with a view on nights we wanted to stay in. You literally cannot get any closer to the beach. The marsh bunnies played and ate their breakfast just off of the patio each morning as we sipped our coffee, listening to the ocean. We are absolutely re-booking!

The room was outstanding.

Condo was as advertised. We did all the historic sightseeing and this location was a perfect distance from all of them. The property is not as private as we thought. Gates to private pier and beach not locked people walked through from the street parking.
