This is our second stay at this property so we knew what to expect. We especially love the location - it is perfectly situated a short walk from everything.

The property owner was very responsive to our requests and has taken great care to make sure the property was fully outfitted! Highly recommend! The most comfortable I have felt in Provincetown in years!!!

The pictures do not do the place justice. The condo is really cute, very clean and comes with anything and everything you would need in a kitchen. The location is also spot on, a minute away from Commercial street.

I didn't expect much from the photographs that made the place look somewhat old fashioned and dingy. I was surprised. It was very bright, spacious and spotless. I was also impressed with the kitchen, which was stocked with every conceivable kitchen item that you could possibly think of. And all the appliances were new and modern; a great Ninja coffeemaker that i loved and am now considering purchasing on my own, an excellent stove/oven with a built in grill, a quiet but powerful microwave, a huge refrigerator with huge freezer. All the appliances would beep to warn you of something that needed attention, e.g., the refrigerator would beep if you left the door slightly ajar or the microwave would beep like crazy if you forgot to take out your warmed food after several minutes. The shower was also spacious with a wide shower head and a floor level heating unit. Also, the combo heater/AC in the living room and bedroom were silent but very effective. And, of course, so conveniently located, just a two minute walk to Commercial St and Joe's Coffee and also to PTown House of pizza. Lastly, I was allowed to bring my pet with me! Definitely a place I will always book whenever I visit town.

This property has it all—a short walk to anywhere, onsite dedicated parking, all the comforts of home. It is beautifully appointed with coastal/nautical decor, tiled shower, all appliances. Everything felt so clean & new! Thank you John for providing such a wonderful space that felt safe, was SO accessible, and very relaxing.

From the beginning of the booking process John responded quickly to our questions and made us feel valued as guests. His communications were clear and precise so we always knew what to expect. The property was comfortable and clean and exactly as depicted in the listing. The location was absolutely perfect. Everything we wanted to do was a short walk away. There was on site parking so we head ready access to our car for when we ventured further away from the town center. We had a lovely experience and will surely return in the future.
