Stayed Aug 16, 2025Home is nice & is located in a great neighborhood. Bear trap dunes amenities are great! Things about the specific house we stayed in that we didn’t love. The flight of stairs to get into the house was not fun when hauling luggage for a week stay. But not a deal breaker. The bed in the master bedroom is horrible. It needs replaced. Other than those things the house, neighborhood & amenities are great.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025The property worked out well. It was clean and bright and the space was comfortable. It was quiet and felt very homey. We loved the community at Bear Trap Dunes. Quiet, picturesque tree-lined streets... nice pool and clubhouse and just a short drive to Bethany Beach and the bay. At first, the WiFi wasn't working but vacasa was responsive to my texts after my initial reboot didn't work. I rebooted a 2nd time and that worked and had no further problems.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025The home was great. Upon arriving one of the blinds was partly torn down I called and reported it. During our stay all the TVs quit working . We called and reported it to Vacasa and they said they would send someone out to fix it and no one ever showed up or called. We went 2 days with no TV.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025Everything was very clean. We loved that it was pet friendly, however we tried to book 2 more weeks and found out it was no longer . Upon arrival one of the blinds was partially torn down and midweek the tvs quit working. We called Vacasa and they claimed they would send out a repair person but no one showed up or called us back.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Proximity to supermarket, restaurants and beaches. The indoor pool and golf course were amazing. Sitting in the screened porch and listening to the water feature nearby was a great was to relax at the end of the day

Stayed Jul 13, 2024Beautiful home in a beautiful community! The place is spacious and welcoming. The first floor is actually up a flight of stairs. It wasn't an issue for us, it may be something to consider if you're traveling with older or very young people. A short drive to the beach, and plenty of restaurants to explore.

Stayed Jun 20, 2024Overall, we really liked the property! Nice and big, three beds, cool loft area, great screened in porch. Quiet location and about 10 minutes from the beach. The only two things I would mention are 1) I wish the carpets were a tad cleaner — or make them hard floors; and 2) the beds aren’t the most comfortable. But honestly, the value and all of the other things listed far outweighed a few negatives. Would stay here again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The home was beautiful and comfortable. They went above and beyond when it came to providing any item. Beach chairs, dvds, etc. I would definitely come back here! Super close to the beach! It’s also a quiet area so falling asleep is no problem! I had an amazing vacation and I’m still sad I had to leave! Thank you so much to the home owner!
