Bear Trap Dunes golf-view condo with screened porch, pool, tennis & sauna access

Great place to stay, very clean and everything looks exactly as it does online!

Spent the weekend there for our wedding anniversary, it was quite, peaceful and the house is absolutely beautiful!

The home was nice with the exception of the bedding not being cleaned prior to our arrival. Other than that, there were no other issues. Will book again!.

Lots and lots of windows overlooking the golf course provided plenty of light in the open living room and kitchen area. Tastefully furnished. The hardwood floors a plus!

We stayed here last year with my in laws and our first child and thoroughly enjoyed the place. There were stains on the carpet then, but it was thoroughly cleaned, so when it popped up for my little's birthday, we liked the idea of staying here with our (now two) kids and in laws. BIG MISTAKE. This home has NOT been taken care of. The carpet is crunchy and gave ny toddler grocery feet. The utensils in the kitchen were put up dirty. The shower door in the master was caked with mold, and grout in all of the bathrooms was a dark color though the grout is meant to be light gray. There were two smoke detectors that were taken down and shoved in a drawer, so the place wasn't even safe. I contacted Vacasa MULTIPLE times to try to get some sort of fix and literally never heard from Vacasa Delaware.

This community was amazing, it was like walking at downtown Disney.

This condo is nice. However, the carpet was filthy, the bathrooms really need to be redone and grout super cleaned. There was what appeared to be mold on the ac vents and there was limited cookware and kitchen supplies. Good beds though! ?. Also people who rent in bear trap dunes should understand that the walls are paper thing due to poor construction. If you don’t want to hear the people above or below you in a condo, this isn’t the place for you.

We rented the condo for the week and my daughters (and their husbands and my two grandchildren) were going to stay with us for a few nights. When we arrived, the place was filthy. Dead bugs, popcorn kernels, empty water bottles, crumbs everywhere. My daughter saw that the two twin mattresses in the loft had rusty, what we’re assuming is old blood stains all over them. In addition to other spill stains. We were concerned about bedbugs and called the manager which was a nightmare to get through to (no call back after an hour while we stand there grossed out and not even wanting to bring our stuff inside), call back and get transferred to voicemail. Maintenance finally arrives and agrees the place and the mattresses are disgusting. They have an exterminator come to confirm no bedbugs and to have housekeeping come clean. My one daughter and her family left, drove two hours home she was so skeeved out. Housekeeping cleaned the next day but I’ll tell you... showing up to the condo in that condition after they supposedly cleaned extensively due to Covid precautions... that’s an absolute joke. We were credited $200 for the night’s inconvenience which is appreciated but beware to future potential renters. Find somewhere else so you can enjoy your trip.

The place was very nice, the carpet was a little old but everything else was in very good shape. The wireless was weak and slow. But overall I would recommend this place and would go back.
