We love BTD. We have been staying there with Vacasa since before it was Vacasa. So I get weird about staying in new places, but this place did not disappoint. I highly recommend this place. Parking during the season maybe a bit wonky, but otherwise it is close to the clubhouse and all the amenities.

This was a very nice property overall with plenty of room, a nice layout, and well stocked kitchen. The cleanliness was below average. Unfortunately one of the most important amenities, the washing machine, was not operating properly which was a MAJOR inconvenience, making our stay much less enjoyable than it would have been otherwise. We specifically chose this unit because a washer/dryer was included, and paid more than we would have elsewhere without a washer/dryer, so the overall value was a big disappointment.

This is the second year we have stayed here. Great amenities. Close to everything. The beach is 5 min away. Pet friendly. Very clean. Thanks as always!

The amenities and social activities are great! The other guests and service people were so friendly and helpful. The home appeared beautiful but some of the photo appearances were slightly misleading. The distance to the beach was not 3 miles but, 4-5 miles. Nice area but, well off the main road. Two and a half indoor flights of steps before you even reach the main floor, steps slightly narrow. Carpet needs to be cleaned. High ceilings held some cob webs. Beautifully decorated home.

Amenities have to work. We look for homes with certain requirements and we pay premium for them. Vacationers only stay for a finite time and pay with the expectations that everything within the house listing must work and the place is spotless. Not having a washer working the entire time ruined our vacation. We packed accordingly knowing we had a place to wash our clothes. Needing to spend 4 hours of our day three times to go to a laundromat was a vacation ruiner. It was an hour round trip the having to wait for the clothes to wash and dry. We had to cancel and amend plans because of this issue. This was our only vacation for the whole year.

Great place in a perfect location. The pictures don't do it justice. The only downfall was the traffic and unfortunately nobody can remedy that!

Close to The Pavilion ( pool, workout rooms, tennis )

My husband and I stayed with a few of our friends and two dogs for the weekend. We never felt crowded, the home was bright and well decorated, there were plenty of beds and bathrooms. We didn’t utilize the pool or golf amenities, but we said we would stay at this property again and stretch our stay for a week to have the time to get a chance to use the pool. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and friendly. It is a short drive from the beach, shopping, and restaurants.

The Condo was nice, my GPS had us going to a different area in the development, but we did not find it with help of other residents. But the pictures/description did not show/say you have to walk up a flight of steps to get to the living area. The pictures did show steps to another bedroom which was actually a loft bedroom.

My family of 6 really enjoyed our stay in this house. It was a nice that there was room for all of us to enjoy breakfast at the table. We loved the balcony, and the pool right across the street. The huge couch made it great for a family movie at the end of the eventful days! We would definitely book this place again!

Third time staying in this condo. It’s always perfect and love that we can bring our dog with us. We will be back!
