Stayed Sep 23, 2025Kitchen was not clean. Dirty broiler pans were in the oven full of grease. Bugs in the overhead light fixtures in the house, cobwebs in the bathroom, dirty A/C intakes. The towels were nice.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We would not stay in this unit again for several reasons. None of the 4 TV’s worked properly. Very complicated TV/cable, even vacasa could not figure the issue. Cable should be updated. Only a small portion of the lights worked. The unit is so far from the clubhouse, pool and courts. Unit did not have access to pool that was right outside the front door. Pool is for homeowners only. Would have been nice to mention in the description. Very inconvenient to drive two kids to the pool and playground every day. If you have kids who like to swim or like to play tennis don’t stay in this unit.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We could not have asked for a cleaner home. The house was spotless, the beds were very comfortable and the living room and dining room furniture was great. The only problem we had was, according to my very technical son. The TV's and the Roku is very outdated and took a long time to even change a channel at times. We tried using our own Amazon and Netflix accounts but it was more aggravation than it was worth. If you are going here and need entertainment for your kids bring you own Roku, that make might it a little more accomodating. The internet coming into the house was great, it's just the outdated equipment that needs replacing. All of that being said the house is still a nice place to come back to at the end of the day (at least for me, not so much those of us who depend on television)

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved this place! Lovely beachy decor yet still comfortable! Feels like you’re away on vacation and you can really relax. Don’t have to worry about messing up a perfect place, because this one feels cared for and lived in, not like a model home!

Stayed Jun 26, 2021Very clean and well-furnished Bear Trap condo. This was our 2nd stay in this unit and some upgrades appear to have been made since our last visit a few years ago. Note to future renters that this unit is very convenient to the October Glory pool but that pool is currently limited to homeowners and their guests only.
