Stayed Aug 23, 2025House was nice. There was an issue with one thing in the house. I communicated with the manager and they answered very quickly. Ammenities were great as well with the passes.

Stayed Jul 7, 2025The end unit was facing the street. It was very nice to sit on the porch for breakfast. Everything was nice. The king bed was comfortable, queen bed, and a pullout couch. There are two spacious bathrooms and the apartment is on the bottom floor so you don’t have to drag all your items upstairs. Great stay here. We will return next year!

Stayed May 2, 2025Our stay was excellent. The property was exactly as described. It was clean and nicely decorated. We were there off season, we were a little disappointed that the hours of the indoor pool was very limited. The shower was not a roll in shower, it did have a step up, which did not work for a wheelchair, but we did the best we could.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The home was so cozy! We traveled for a week with our 4 year old son. He had lots of games to play and enjoyed his comfy big boy bed. The house was so clean and guest services was always available. We loved this house and hope to come back again!

Stayed Jul 7, 2024The Bear Trap Dunes is a very relaxing resort for a stay that is a short drive or shuttle ride to Bethany Beach. Condo was clean and spacious. Furniture is a bit old and worn. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and appreciated the washer/dryer after days at the beach. Highly recommend getting the amenities pass for families for pools, bball, pickleball and tennis courts.
