Stayed Nov 26, 2025The condo was very clean and spacious. We chose the location because of the proximity to Boone.

Stayed Oct 24, 2025This cozy little condo was perfect for my family of four. The location was perfect- just a short walk to Main Street, but away from the crowds. We will definitely be coming back!

Stayed May 8, 2025The location was great. Management office was really good at communicating and providing everything they said they would. Place was as clean as it could be. The condo desperately needs updating. The floors are not level. The appliances are from the 70’s and scary to use. There is an insane amount of knick knacks. They just collect dust and take up so much room in a small space.

Stayed Dec 23, 2023Apartment is well locate. The air conditioning filter needs to be changed. I have a bad allergy and I know it came from the air conditioning. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Sep 1, 2023The place was clean and convenient. The complex is aging and it shows, but the areas around the buildings are kept up. It is very small but the listing was accurate. The balcony area is not quite a balcony but rather the area at the entrance. The communication and check in and out was very easy. It is a short walk to the fun town and extremely close to some great spots in sunset.

Stayed Apr 13, 2023This property is wonderful if you want to be able to walk to downtown Blowing Rock! It’s clean and the refurbished apartments are in a great neighborhood. No issues overall and the property management group is always excellent!! We will stay again and defiantly recommend to friends.

Stayed Dec 28, 2022Our family has been coming to this area for years (Boone, Banner Elk, Blowing Rock, Beech, etc.). We love Blowing Rock's small town charm and proximity to App Ski mountain. Not to mention Sugar and Beech are pretty close as well. We've stayed in this condo complex many times and love the walkability to the town center and the park. These condos can vary from completely remodeled to still having the original everything, and this condo is a little stuck in the past. Although I don't mind the vintage wares, it would be nice to pass on some of the kitschy bear themed décor and splurge for some of the essentials...like a cutting board, maybe one or two sharp knives, and a large enough frying pan to actually cook a meal in. Because this condo is run by a property management group, it feels a little less personal and welcoming as others we have stayed in. Maybe it was due to the busy season, but we also found dog hair floating around the condo as well as a half eaten dog treat. The condo is also equipped with a gas fireplace that came with a novel of instructions. Even after reading the page of instructions and trying multiple times, we were never successful at getting a fire going. It looked like we weren't the only ones judging by the pile of matches in the base. All in all, it was still a good experience...next time we'll just remember to bring some of the essentials.
