The condo has lovely furnishings, it has spacious living areas and the host was wonderful. However, although there is an outside elevator to the unit, both bedrooms are actually downstairs from the living areas, which we had overlooked when booking the unit. If stairs aren't an issue, this is a winner. However, for a group of retirees, managing steps wasn't an expectation.

Clean and quiet close to everything

Clean, extremely spacious living quarters. Nicely decorated, indoor pool and hot tub area were very accommodating and clean. Had a fantastic time. Wished we could have stayed longer! Thank you

The Condo was very spacious und overall comfortable. We weren’t lacking anything. Regarding cleanliness more dusting of lamps, doors and baseboards would be good but the main surface areas seemed clean and appropriate. The location is pretty close to everything and gives you plenty opportunities to have an overall relaxing vacation.

My friend and I had a wonderful, extended weekend stay at this beautiful, beachfront, multi-level condominium. With two balconies, whirlpool bathtubs, and simple walking access to the beach, we relaxed and enjoyed stunning views of this gorgeous stretch of sandy shoreline. We were joined by my friend’s daughter for three of the four nights and were especially thankful for the comfortable, fully furnished 2 bedrooms, full amenities in the kitchen and 3 bathrooms, and in house washer and dryer. With plenty of nearby sites to explore, location offered ease of access to historical sites such as Wright Bros. Museum and Jockey Ridge Dunes just 5 minutes away. Simple on-site parking and easy access was provided through attentive communication with the property manager/owner. Thank you, Eddie, for all your attention and care during our stay. The location and indoor pool made this condo a real gem. The host was welcoming, easy to communicate with, and gave clear instructions on how to access everything from pool to parking. We truly enjoyed our stay in the Outer Banks and would absolutely stay here again.

We had an amazing trip! The home was perfect and very clean! The beds were very comfortable which is hard to find. The property owner is nice and helpful. The condo was very nice. Exceeded expectations. Great pool and huge hot tub. Easy beach access. The indoor pool and hot tub looked nice too but the weather was great so we stayed at the outside pool and hot tub.

This is a great property for two couples to enjoy together. Upstairs area for gathering/eating/relaxing together, Nice downstairs bedrooms and baths.Instructions were spot on, and the owner was great to communicate with. Will definitely come again!

We had a great time! The condo was very nice and clean. Had everything we needed, even beach chairs. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and splash pad. A lot of good places to choose to eat. Plan on staying here again.

This place was great for our girls trip. The beds were very comfortable and nice decor. The pool is amazing and it’s beachfront! Hot tub was wonderful too for a night swim before bed! The owner was very responsive also. We would book this again for next year.

The condo was very nice and clean and had comfortable beds. The host gave us recommendations on nearby places to eat and places to go which was very helpful. The condo is centrally located. We visited the Wright Brother’s Memorial which was close to the condo. We had a wonderful weekend and would highly recommend this condo and hope to return.

Two couples together for some rest & time together exploring the Outer Banks. Location is very accessible to the beach, restaurants, & shopping. Pool & hot tub adjacent to the beach are a nice amenity. Unit is comfortable & relatively quiet. We enjoyed our time here!

Carpets in bedrooms could use replaced or a good cleaning. Other than that, clean ,great location and lots of room.

This condo was perfect for our weekend girls trip! We truly enjoyed our time in Kitty Hawk. The condo is in pristine condition and was very clean at our arrival! Easy beach access, indoor and outdoor pool were great! Easy parking and close to everything. Owner is quick to respond and wonderful to work with! We would definitely book again!
