Beachnplace! Amazing Ocean Views w/Bunk Room & BBQ on Patio in Phase 2!

My family and I had the best time at this property! The view was gorgeous, we had everything we needed, it was very clean and well-maintained. We didn’t even leave the resort because my family and I had the best time at the pool and the beach. Brock was an awesome host and we can’t wait to visit again!

My husband and I took our two teens and their friends on a Rocky Point vacation. The unit was clean and modern and had a great view of the pool and the beach.We were all happy and comfortable on the stay. Brock was super helpful and responsive to our needs. We would stay here again!

Location and View were perfect! The condo was clean and well maintained. The owner was super responsive! Loved the convenience of having a BBQ grill out on the patio. Definitely recommend this condo!

Overall the experience was good. Location is perfect, layout of the unit was really nice. We didn’t use it, but the “bonus” room with the bunks would be great for additional children. Electric grill on the patio, though small was an excellent feature that I have not had in other rooms at the resort! Would have liked the couches to be cleaned of sand, and the floors were rather slippery but those were the only concerns with cleanliness. The big downside for us (everyone has their own preference) was the comfort of the bed in the main bedroom. The bed was extra firm and squeaky, just not very comfortable. I also found it odd that the thermostat (digital nest) was locked remotely during our trip. I understand that due to the humidity and high temp during our visit maybe they wanted to limit usage but why give us a day of controlling it then lock it without notice. There is a thermostat in the hall and main bedroom, but even set at the same temp the bedroom stayed hot and humid in comparison to the rest of the unit and other bedroom. Also odd, we found that the attic ceiling hatch in the front bathroom was open upon entering the unit, I was able to use a step ladder to close so not a huge deal just rather odd to find it open.

Took our family here, it was a wonderful condo. Had everything we needed. Great view of the ocean, located near the elevators which is helpful with all the beach items we wanted to take down! Close to everything and the owner was very responsive. Easy check, will most likely be booking again!

Nice condo with a lot of space for family

Our stay was glorious, Brock answered all our questions very quickly..The patio was amazing nice furniture and views to enjoy..We wish we’d known about the daily activities the resort offered and the beds were extremely firm, otherwise this condo and resort were great!

We spent the 4th of July at this property! It was spacious and very comfortable for our party of 6…including 4 teenagers! The view from the balcony for the fireworks/ocean was absolutely fabulous! Loved the outdoor bar and seating area, too! We only had a minor housekeeping issue during our stay! Once I notified Brock, he was very attentive and expeditiously had the problem remedied! We would definitely recommend this place and plan to return in the future! Thanks again!

Overall great condo and owner. We stayed for a quick trip but loved the location of this property and the condo specifically. Beautiful views of the ocean. Great beach setup for guests. Easy to get pool chairs. Easy comfortable setup of condo. Only small feedback is better pillows would be great but that is minor. If you’re driving you may want to bring your own. We would love to rent from Brock again and bring the kids next time. :)
