There are a short set of stairs leading to the entrance of Mayan Princess 109. The condo is a flat layout so there are no stairs inside the home.

MP109 features a master en-suite bedroom complete with king size bed, engineered wood floors, and a wall mounted 40” cable TV. Past the sliding barn door awaits a luxurious subway tiled walk-in shower with smooth pebble stones underfoot.

Guest Bedroom

The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, engineered wood floors, ample closet space, and 27” television with cable service. Around the corner is the guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A privacy door separates the vanity sink and lavatory/tub/shower.

This ground-level condo is accessible past the lobby to the outside courtyard and small set of stairs to the front door. Mayan Princess 109 is in the center of the building and closest to the pool and boardwalk entrance; a favorite for parents and kids alike.
