Beachfront, Sleeps 6, Fishing Pier

We had an ocean view but ours was from the side. We could only see just above the dune that protects things from the ocean when it gets angry. We already knew this from the pictures and the listing. The condo was just what my wife and I needed for a week of sand, relaxation and getaway. Short drive to Charleston and that’s one beautiful city. Lots of really good seafood restaurants close and within walking distance. Host answered all of our questions before arrival. Very easy check in and check out.

The fishing pier gave a good view of the ocean and beach without getting sand on my feet or sandals every time I went for a walk. Foot height and full height showers located just on the condo side of the dunes and foot washer at the stairway to the condo helped to keep our condo clean. I liked that we were on the beach and just minutes away from the inland hospital, a Walmart and other large stores.

3 things made this unit stand out from the many others i have rented in this complex: full twin sized bunk beds in hall; walk in shower instead of tub; tall chairs that allow you to see over railing on porch.

Location could not be better. Perfect access to the beach and a private pier. The unit could use some updates but it was very clean and the host was very quick to respond to any questions or needs.

This Sea Cabin was the perfect place for our beach visit. The remodeled bunk beds were the best!

We loved the location of this property. We were a couple minutes from the pool and beach and very close to many restaurants. It was so nice to be able to walk to get coffee in the morning and to have so many options within walking distance for dinner. We will return!

Property was clean and perfectly located. Management was so nice and extremely responsive.

The unit is in a complex and this one is bottom floor making easy access to the beach, albeit maybe not the ocean views if that’s what you are after. Personally we liked the access and ease of getting in and out. Great communication with the property manager and super easy check in. All in all a 5 star star!

We had a group of 4. My husband and I with two 12 year olds. The condo felt a little cramped at times, but manageable for a long weekend. It had all the basics utensils, appliances, blankets, beach towels and chairs that you would need. There are three ice trays. , If you think you need more than that, I would grab a bag or two of ice. The bottom bunks sheets were sandy and the balcony door didn’t lock. We didn’t realize that until the last day and we were hanging around there any way, so didn’t email management. The location on the island cannot be beat! The boys spend a great deal of time fishing and playing on the beach. It wasn’t too crowded. We walked to some great restaurants and coffee shops. That alone made this trip and stay relaxing and enjoyable for all of us. My husband and I would go back there but would consider something a little bigger with the kids.

Condo was very clean Communication with manager was excellent Location was great Condo was tiny. Advertising for up to 6 people but it would be crowded. Really only 1 small bedroom. Bunks are in the hall. Lower bunk was comfortable but pull out sofa bed was not. Our condo was on first floor so we could not see the ocean

This was the perfect spot for our family of four to getaway for the weekend. Very clean, the host was easy to work with, and the location was amazing!

Great location for the beach, which was walkable and just a few hundred feet away. Nice private pool as well. Also walkable to restaurants and stores.

Ocean breeze from the balcony was spot on ?
