Beachfront Perch

Although a little small, the views are incredible. Right in the middle of everything along Commercial street. Can't beat the location. Great host!

Keith the property manager was very accommodating but was very slow to getting back to us. He never even responded to my last email.

This property was great and made for an amazing getaway. The location is perfect. Short distance to the pier and right off Commercial st. For being so close to the main street, the property was very quiet. Best part was having a coffee or wine overlooking the bay. Keith was quick to respond if we had any questions. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely book again in the future. Thank you!

We arrived 6:30pm for a 4pm check-in after a long drive with two toddlers and found a lovely view and location right in center of town, but apartment was unlocked, dirty, and not turned over from previous stay. Keith was nice and apologetic on the phone, but cleaning staff did not show till after 8 and we finally went back without hearing anything at 9:15pm. Sheets had been changed but floor had not been cleaned and was sticky and sandy. Towels were scratchy and old with writing on them, like in an institution. Keith did comp us the first night, but we still paid $1200 in fees without any compensation (they did offer to clean on another day, but by then it was not easy for us to vacate for hours). The apartment itself was small but well stocked (after we were given the code to a supply closet), and again, view and location are wonderful, aside from two loud garbage dumps from the bars before 7 am each morning. We forgot something and Keith offered to mail it but did not. Met the owners on the last day who seemed nice and surprised by the meh service. All in all, a mixed bag -- great place in some ways, but for this luxury price we would expect a better experience.

My stomach is always in knots as we make the 7 hour drive to Provincetown…. and a new rental. I’ve found over the years that pictures can be deceiving and cleanliness is sometimes overstated. Add in the potential for nearby construction and my perfect week is shattered. Using Keith’s illustrated directions, we parked to unload the car and entered the building. I was already impressed with the interior staircase as we walked to the 3rd floor and opened the door to Beachfront Perch. My eyes were immediately drawn to the view of the bay and I was at peace. The bedrooms were comfortable, lacked storage space, but the view made up for it. The living space and kitchen had everything we needed, lacked storage space, but did I mention the view? The condo exceeded my cleanliness standards, although I admit I spent the time I was in the condo staring at the bay. The location was perfect for visiting galleries, exploring new restaurants, late night drinks at the Squealing Pig, walking the beach and, of course, just chilling with the view. Our family of 4 adults would definitely rent again.

The place is beautiful and well-maintained. The AC had broken but they put window units in the bedroom. The cleaning people had forgotten to put TP and paper towels in the unit but we were directed to a storage closet so that worked out as well. There was an issue with a double booking I believe but the owners also made that right. All in all, I would say it was a great spot the owners communicated well and if something was not right they corrected it.

Two couples stayed for the week at this fantastic condo! It has a wonderful view and great decor. We had some issues during our stay but the property management team was right on it! The only warning is that the trash pickup from the businesses on commercial street - you may want some ear plugs for those early morning pickups! We hope to be back soon and this place is definitely on our list to return to!

I spent three nights in mid-June and this adorable condo was right in the heart of everything and still felt peaceful, quiet and isolated. The kitchen was beyond well equipped and the water views and sunsets from the living room and the porch were stunning. The only issue I had was that the business next door had bright security lights on all night, and there were exterior lights around the porch that I couldn’t figure out how to turn off. Blackout shades in the bedrooms would be a welcome addition…but I would not hesitate to rent this place again.
