Stayed Dec 14, 20252 bedrooms 3 full bathrooms. Corner lot over the beach . A dipping pool, hammock and kitchen. You get all the resort amentities. A gorgeous almost private beach. At Christmas not busy, pool, and beach palapas always free. Stunning sunset every night. The agency was super responsive when we had plumbing and other issues. Great if you want peace and quiet, a full gym. Amazinf swimming beach and stunning pooll. It is 10-12 minutes by taxi to big grocery store and the town for dining. The resort food is expensive for dinner often buffet. Great for lunch. Body surf at Playa la Bocana. We loved very few vendors or sales people. You must be fit as gorgeous top floor penthouse means a lot of stairs to the beach.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Views, swimming pool and grounds were all amazing. The beds and bedding were comfortable. Our accommodation was a bit tight for 6 people and 3 generations but we made it work. Having 3 bathrooms certainly helped. The kitchen was functional but somewhat tired and sparsely outfitted but we also managed well. The plunge pool was a big plus.

The place is a nice layout with a great view overlooking Tangolunda Bay. The condo was as described. MyHuatulcoVacation staff where very helpful in answering questions and ensuring we had the best stay in the condo and Huatulco area.

Stayed Oct 29, 2020The best thing about this condo is the location. Fabulous views. The Condo is very comfortable. We did not mind the stairs to the beach and up and considered it good exercise. The plunge pool and hammock are great to have right at your fingertip. We would highly recommend this unit on the 5th floor.

The common area/kitchen is open to the outside...this was a surprise upon arrival. Omer the manager was responsive and helpful. Although there is WIFI in the condo the service is spotty at best and we could only connect in the common area outside by the pool. There is no internet signal in the bedrooms for the TV etc.These were not huge problems but just different than we have come to expect from previous rentals.

The place was very clean, well kept by the property management and was about a 5 minute walk down to the beach. Would highly recommend to anyone!
