Stayed Jan 1, 2025My wife and I are snow birds and leave the midwest every winter. Staying in this condo is a fabulous beachfront experience. The backyard of the property is the Pacific ocean. Great shell collecting, sunrise and sunset walks in the sand and dolphin watching!

Stayed Jan 1, 2024We had a fabulous front seat to the ever changing ocean views. Dolphins, surfers, high tide made dynamic entertainment. The berm was challenging on property but it goes away in March. Winter in Carpinteria is quiet, but never dull.

Stayed Oct 18, 2023We loved this rental unit. It has a full view of the ocean; the highlight was the huge pod of dolphins we saw on the last day. The unit is sweet and clean and very well taken care of. We are planning a return trip now and look forward to staying here again! Thank you for the hospitality!

Stayed Jul 1, 2023This is our second time staying here and we loved it! The view from the front room is amazing, it looks directly onto the beach. The unit is spacious with an open kitchen/living room. The master bedroom is roomy with a vaulted ceiling. We look forward to staying here in the future.
