THE CONDO
This is a light, open and spacious one-bedroom, one-bath condo on the top floor of the building with breathtaking ocean views from the living room, dining area, sitting/reading area, kitchen and master bedroom. It provides a front-row seat for major annual beach events like the July 4th fireworks, Sandstations, and Kite Festival.

Space features include:

- Master suite with ocean view, king bed, and ensuite private bathroom.

- Living room with couch, loveseat, coffee table, 55 Smart HDTV.

- Sitting/Reading area with two comfy chairs, ottomans & table with direct views of the ocean
