Clean, good set up,great value. Host was kind and easy to work with.

The hosts pampered us with so many special touches. They left us pancake mix and syrup for a special breakfast, lots of snacks, and even treats for our dog. Kitchen and bathrooms well-supplied and the condo was super clean. We definitely recommend this place and we thank the hosts for making us feel so welcomed.

A very nicely updated condo. It has a well stocked kitchen and ample supplies throughout. This is a smaller complex so there was never a crowd in the pool. Port Aransas is very close for restaurants and shopping.

We loved the condo. It worked for what we needed. We did have an issue with the door lock but we were able to get a key to lock the door. Gary was putting a new lock in after we left. Also the Keurig stopped working after 3 cups. Gary was replacing that too. All issues were addressed and we were happy with our stay. Only thing I would add is the walk to the beach with the beach cart is not convenient. It is. Stone drive that has holes filled with larger rocks then when you get to the wooden walk way you have stairs to carry it up and a long path to walk. I am not leaving this as a complaint but information for someone that might not be able to make the walk and the extra stairs. You can drive back to the wooden walk way. It just doesn’t have much parking at the end. Someone with small children might have their hands full getting to the beach. We really have no complaints and we would recommend.

Came to celebrate my gramma 85th birthday, and it was lovely! Very well stocked kitchen made dinners on the gorgeous patio easy! Highly recommend!

Our stay could not have been better! Gary and Sandra thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible! From the moment we walked in we felt relaxed. Lovely decorations, a welcome note with snacks and fixings for pancakes, a beach/pool cart with an umbrella, chairs, and towels, and an immaculate vacation place all around. The view was beautiful and we loved having our coffee out on the deck. We look forward to returning in the near future for a longer stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Gary and Sandra’s condo. They kept us well informed throughout our entire stay. They provided extra little touches like snacks and essentials that we may have needed. It felt very personal. The condo was clean and they thought of everything that we may have needed!

Gary & Sandra were super great with communicating with us and anything that we needed. Their condo was super clean and filled with all of those extra necessities that we tend to forget when traveling. They even left a beach cart filled with chairs, towels, and toys for us to borrow while at the beach. I cannot say enough good things about this property. We loved our stay!
