Stayed Aug 7, 2025The location is incredible. A bit further down the beach from downtown Port A and quite a bit calmer. Immediate access to the beach. Having a front desk is amazing as she was able to answer any questions that arose.

Stayed Jun 2, 2025Enjoyed our stay. Lovely location with great views of the ocean. Condo has been recently redecorated and is beautiful. Plenty of space for two adults and two teens. Main bedroom was quite a bit warmer than the rest of the unit and it was very humid inside the entire condo (even with A/C running constantly). Maybe it's due to proximity to the beach?

Stayed May 31, 2025Loved Port Aransas! The interior of the condo was as pictured…very nice. The building it is in is a bit older, but kept nicely. The only thing that was surprising was that this beach property did not provide beach chairs or beach towels. We flew in and included a beach stay for just two days of a bigger trip and had to go out and purchase these items, which was inconvenient and expensive.

Stayed Apr 7, 2025The owners refused to allow the tenant control of air conditioning. The room was hot and the air conditioning system was locked down. Management could not unlock the air to change it.

Stayed Mar 13, 2025This was the first time that a property was actually larger than it appeared in the photos. The unit is very spacious and suited out party of five very well. It has been updated and is quite lovely.

Stayed Nov 13, 2024The nicest place we’ve stayed near the beach and the nicest staff! We enjoyed the condo and the thoughtful interior design. The location and view felt like we had our own private beach. The main bedroom does get hot, but found drawing the drapes during the day and leaving the bedroom door open helps cool it down for the evening. We look forward to staying here again. Lovely home.

Stayed Oct 10, 2024Condo was very nice had everything you needed. The view was beautiful and was right on the beach. Only downside was the master bedroom was hotter than the rest of the condo and I had to turn the air conditioner down to make it comfortable.

Stayed Jul 3, 2024Great place with perfect location. Unit was spacious for family of 5. Only complaint was the master bedroom doesn’t get nearly as cold as the rest of the unit. It was a little humid and probably 5-10 degrees hotter in there.
