Welcome to Beach Vibes, a guest favorite 1 bedroom Isle of Palms vacation rental just a short walk to the beach. This second floor condo at Ocean Inn has an easy, relaxed feel the moment you walk in, with a natural beach style that feels comfortable and inviting without being overdone.

The split level layout gives the space a little extra character and separation, with a few steps leading up to the bedroom and kitchen area. It creates a more open feel and works well for couples or small families who want a little breathing room.

The bedroom features a king bed for a great night’s sleep, while the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. It is a comfortable setup whether you are here for a couple’s getaway or a small family beach trip.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for easy meals, snacks, or breakfast before heading out for the day. It is set up for real use so you can keep things simple and relaxed during your stay.

You are just a short walk to the beach, and also within walking distance of restaurants, coffee spots, shops, and other local favorites. Many guests love being able to park the car when they arrive and explore the island on foot.

The Ocean Inn property includes a small pool, two grill areas, free parking, and shared laundry facilities just steps away.

**MINIMUM BOOKING AGE is 25. The person holding the reservation must be staying at the property. No 3rd party booking is allowed.
**PRE-APPROVAL OF PETS REQUIRED Pets (DOGS ONLY) are allowed ONLY IN SELECT PROPERTIES. Breed/weight restrictions are applicable. PET FEES are $25/pet per night. DISCOUNT ON PET FEES AVAILABLE FOR SEASONAL RENTALS. PET POLICY Guests are responsible for adhering to pet policies provided in the contract as well as all Isle of Palms pet ordinances
**MINIMUM NIGHTS Some of our properties have minimum nights required to make a reservation on weekends, holidays, and during the summer season. To check availability for a shorter stay, please send a message / inquiry. If it's possible, we'd be happy to accommodate you.
** CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT: Your reservation is confirmed when the initial payment is paid. Payment options are dependent on the cancellation policy and how far away you are booking your stay. For reservations made in advance of 30 days, the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Balances are deducted automatically from the card on file. In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment.
** ITEMS PROVIDED: Soaps, linens, towels and starter paper products will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. Guests are responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests.
**SMOKING All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas.
**NOISE ORDINANCE Guests are responsible for following the Isle of Palms 10PM noise ordinance.

    Our stay was perfect! The place was cute and super clean, not too mention we walked to the beach, dinner almost daily. We'd definitely come back and stay here, it was the perfect location near the beach!

    An absolutely wonderful place to stay on the Isle of Palm. A short walk to the grocery store, beach, and many great restaurants. The space itself is cozy, comfortable, and cute. The amenities are amazing. Communication was easy and fast. Highly recommend staying here!

    We love this property! The location is the ideal! Walking distance to Cafe Paname with the best coffee and almond croissant! The beach is a short walk, and the pool is enjoyable in the late afternoons. Our updated rental was clean and decorated adorably with all the comforts of home! This is our third time visiting here and it won't be our last! Until next time...

    My daughter and I loved this property and overall experience with Beth. Great communication throughout and the property was well positioned to the beach entrance as well as all of our favorite restaurants. The unit itself was laid out very well and spacious and we lacked for nothing while there for 4 days. Would highly recommend this property!
