Beach Retreat Condo with a Heated Pool & Hot Tub!

This condo is across the street from the beach and very walkable to town. Loved it!

The unit was nice, comfortable, clean. The management company failed to inform us that the complex had major construction going on and that the advertised heated pool and hot tub were not available. I would not rent a property managed by Casago again.

This was a bright, modern, clean condo. The only noise at night was the crashing of the waves. The access to the beach was so close and easy! The balcony was a nice spot to have coffee in the morning with a view of the ocean, and we enjoyed reading out there in the afternoon. Would stay there again!

Lovely place in a lovely town!! Well decorated, well stocked kitchen, perfect location within walking distance of everything. We loved our stay. I had to call management for one thing and they immediately answered and dealt with it at that moment, which is phenomenal. I only took one star off for cleanliness bc the provided fans were absolutely scummy so we didn’t use them. Made it pretty hot to sleep at night. Otherwise, great place. Of note: I would not take children to this beach. There is a large natural tar pit right next to it and the tar is in the sand on the beach. Not a big deal for us bc we just walked and sat in the sun but kids would get covered in the stuff. The rental company provided the stuff to clean it off which was awesome.

Close to the beach! Walking distance to downtown, which was really nice to grab a coffee or dinner. Saw the Avocado Festival.

The place was clean. The location was good. The place was ok. We arrived late, like 10pm and unpacked and went to bed. Top Sheet on one twin bed was missing (in the room with two twin sized beds). The place was so hot from being closed up it was hard to sleep. There was a broom, but no dustpanThey said there would be a drying rack to put out on the balcony to dry our bathing suits and towels ….could not locate one.The worst thing was the furniture, it was all very uncomfortable…the beds the mattresses etc… the quality was poor, seemed very flimsy. None of us slept well. The chairs for the dining table looked like chicken wire and felt like sitting on chicken wire.

Loved the awesome beach location! Pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Unit was clean and had all the necessary cooking equipment!

Great stay. Enjoyed closeness to beach and wee patio with ocean view. Updated spaces. Stairs were a little tricky for the little, but we expected that. Spencer (management) easy to talk with. Thanks!

The place was very clean. It had everything we needed.Very comfortable.Beach within 3 minute walk. Once we parked our car wenever used it again. Everything in walking distance. I would rent this place again for sure.We did get frustrated with the Casago sign in procedure.We literally had 9 emails back & forth. Sending copies of drivers license and photos -the site wasn't working and calling the number leaving messages. We didn't get the code to enter or the apartment # literally until about 20 minutes before time. It was frustrating. However, I do completely understand that sending a picture of your drivers license and a photo of yourself is for security reasons.

Nice condo just a block off the beach. Perfect for walking the trails along the coastline and to coffee and restaurants in Carp. Bring beach/pool towels because there are none provided. We used both bedrooms and the pull out bed in the living room (which had never been used) and our group of 5 did fine for a short stay. It was nice to have two bathrooms (one upstairs and one down).

Property was very clean and across the street from the beach!

The condo was fine, however the WiFi was very poor, even with regular reboots. We were also locked out for about 30 minutes when our pass number suddenly stopped working! I would need to know that the WiFi was much better to rent again. Also, I expected to hear back from the manager after we were locked out and never got a call or apology! Too bad.

Pros:*Directly across the street is a beautiful and clean beach.*Never had an issue with street parking. *Felt very safe.Cons:*No beach umbrella or beach towels. *Internet is very slow.*Not enough towels and wash cloths to last an entire stay.

The condo is beautifully decorated, well stocked, and perfectly located for beach access. Also, the condo is an easy walk to the local restaurants and stores. Super easy check in and check out process. Overall, amazing place to stay!

We loved our stay! Very clean, comfy beds, 2 minute walk to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked, pool was great for the kids. Only complaint: slow internet & cable & no beach towels.

This was our second time staying in this unit, and we’ll be back next year. Everything from booking, to check-in, to communication and check-out were great! It’s nice to have the two pools and hot tub to suit a range of ages. The location near the beach can’t be beat. The unit is clean, stylish, and comfortable!

This is a very nice condo. Very clean and stocked with essentials. One block from the beach. Both bedrooms and one (of two) bathroom is upstairs. Also there are stairs to get to the condo unit. We really enjoyed our stay!!
