The Space:

This spacious, ground floor two-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo is centrally located on the beachside of West Bay Road. The primary bedroom has comfortable queen size bed and a small private toilet room with sink. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and there is also a full size sofa bed in the Living room for additional guests if needed. The apartment has a full bathroom with walk-in shower. The kitchen is fitted with all the necessary appliances for cooking delicious meals and dining in. Enjoy the convenience of central air conditioning, a washer/dryer, and a dishwasher. Fresh linens and beach towels are provided for your comfort.



Guest Access:

Parking is free on site and also in the shared common parking lot next door. The property is accessible through a gate at the front of complex closest to the main road, and also from a gate at the side of complex nearest to the shared parking lot.

The beach access is a foot path off of the pool area at the rear of the property.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of the sought-after Seven Mile Beach, this property provides immediate access to a wide array of dining options, catering to all tastes and preferences, from casual eateries to gourmet restaurants. You're also within easy reach of essential amenities, including supermarkets, vibrant bars, and a variety of shopping destinations. A short walk will bring you to Camana Bay Town Centre, a perfect spot for evening family entertainment, where you can dine al fresco, enjoy cocktails, or catch a movie. Getting Around:

To get around locally, conveniently hop on a local bus (minivan numbered 1 or 2) that will kindly stop for you when standing at the roadside. Most trips are just US$2 anywhere along West Bay Road. Taxis are easily available for more specific destinations. For longer excursions and independent exploration, renting a car is a great option. If booked on a tour, most of the tour operators provide free pick up and drop off services.

    BE AWARE! This property is materially misrepresented. The pictures of this property DO NOT accurately represent its current condition. We attempted to check into this property on January 4, 2026, but were disgusted by what we found upon arrival. There were what appeared to be blood stains on the floor of the shower, significant recent water damage in the ceiling and wall of the main bedroom (damp and unrepaired – potential mold), excessive damage to the walls, baseboards, floors, and furniture throughout the unit (not just normal wear and tear type damage – significant damage that had not been repaired). The unit had dirty footprints throughout (dirty enough to show up very visible in the photos we took). The unit is the furthest property from the beach, located directly next to the parking lot and appears to have been converted from the property office to a rental unit years ago. It is different than every other unit on this property. The pictures indicate the unit has a terrace/patio. It does not, it has no private outdoor space at all. The photos make this unit look nice and bright but it is dark and musty smelling. The Host (which is a property manager – Beach Living) accepted our cancellation request but refuses to issue a refund and has refused to respond after being provided the photos evidencing the statements above. You could not pay me enough money to return to this property to have my family and kids stay here. You have been warned.
