Beach front luxury apartment

Tammy the host was amazing. She was supper communicative, and amazing to work with. The home was well furnished and super clean. Me and my family had a amazing time at this home. Easy access to the beach was great for the kids. We come to Oceano around two times a year and will be looking to book this home next time as well. Thank you

Right on the beach. Great for entertaining and hanging out. Lots of chairs and beds. Would recommend for larger groups.

The location was fine. The view and the beach were nice. Patio had standing water due to poor drainage. Patio furniture was old and weathered. Water stains on ceiling and wall in living room. Several of the window blinds were broken. The front door lock was really hard to unlock. Carpet on the stairs and in the hallway up stairs had pet stains. Throw rug in the kitchen was dirty and the tile floor was sticky and needed to be cleaned. Overall the place needs a thorough cleaning and painting.

Location was perfect for meeting up with friends on the dunes. Condo was clean and just as described in the listing!

Year 4 for us! Amazing location, right on the sand, with all the activity our family loves! We spent hours on the back deck soaking up the sun, having BBQs, followed by bonfires on our private beach. We love this spot and will be back again!

Great location at the entrance to the Oceana Dunes State Park.

The condo is beautiful and in a great location. We enjoyed our personal beach time and people watching time. The home had everything we could imagine.. very comfortable and plenty of sleeping space.. I will stay here again and have already recommended it to family.

The condo was very clean. Well stocked with kitchen items, bath towels, and throw blankets. Lots of choices for where to sleep and lots of places to sit. Great view of the beach/ocean. Having two parking spaces available in the underground garage was also a plus. This is a large two bedroom condo that feels very spacious, and having three full bathrooms was very nice. The kitchen is large. The dining room table would seat seven and there are five barstools for additional seating. The daybed in the living room is huge and a very comfortable place to sit and read a book, watch a movie, take a nap, or sleep in at night. The bed in the master bedroom is comfortable, however, my young adult children did not think the twin mattresses on the bunk beds were very comfortable for adult size bodies. They would probably be fine for little kids. The gate code to the parking garage provided to us in the check in email instructions was incorrect. Also, this condo is on the beach but there were no beach towels available. Luckily, I had brought my own. Overall, this was a nice place to stay.

Beautiful place, the code to get in gate was wrong on app. Then no phone number to call on app. Everything else was perfect. Right on the beach!

Property is well suited for families with two full bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a full bath downstairs and large dining table for meals, games, etc.. Downstairs also had a couch that was the size of a double bed and very comfortable. Had beach access and beautiful views from living area and master bedroom. It was great to step right out to the beach for walks/work-outs.There is a lot of vehicle traffic on the beach, but that was one of the reasons we chose this location (close to the ATV park) so did not impact our visit. Noise was not a problem (the surf was louder than any vehicle noise) and vehicles were only out during the day. Outside furniture was too wet to use on our visit due to recent rain.Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals although the ice machine and dispenser in the fridge/freezer wasn't working and neither was the gas fireplace. TVs were connected to streaming services through Roku, but needed to use our accounts to access. Could not access network TV or get TV working on any service in kids' bedroom, but that may have been user error. Bathrooms were spacious and well appointed. Furniture was comfortable.Had technical difficulties with garage gate and the front door access, but owner responded right away and we worked it out. Be sure to bring your own shower soap, shampoo, conditioner & Kleenex as none was provided, but there was hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.Overall, a nice place for a beach getaway.

The location was perfect and exactly as listed. This condo is spacious and we appreciated all the little details. Excellent! We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. Right on the beach. Beautiful location. Since it’s by the dunes and the vehicle entrance there was some traffic, but it didn’t bother us at all. Very clean and comfy. Would stay again. Thanks Tammy

Super place to stay

Good space for entertaining kids and adults comfortably. Nice sized kitchen and well laid out living space for family relaxation. Excellent ocean view and very convenient for beach access and family beach activities.

We enjoyed an absolutely lovely visit.

We had such a great stay. It was amazing being right on the beach! The house was beautiful and was thoughtfully prepared with everything you would need. Very spacious. We appreciated the 3 full bathrooms. The host was very responsive and helpful. We'll definitely stay here again!

We had a great time staying at this condo, it was very clean and well maintained. There was plenty of room for a family of four, and beach access was right off the property. Definitely recommend!

This is the third summer in a row we have stayed at this condo, this year staying for 10 days instead of 7. We love its location, right on the sand and ocean! We walk down the beach two miles and are in downtown Pismo, we can drive a few miles and be at wonderful hiking trails, or we can stay put because the beach is beautiful. Both Slappy's and Juans are a must visit for food! We appreciate Tammy being responsive to our needs and taking good care of us! We are already planning for next year!

This apartment is right on the sand with great viewing of the off-roading going on out front. We enjoyed watching the action from both balconies. The restaurant next door is convenient for quick, yummy food.

Great place but not quiet. Right by beach entry for vehicles.

Very convenient and clean, beautiful decor,( couldn't get the the fireplace to work) but otherwise a great stay. Hope to come back.

This is a great stay, well appointed, very clean. My only gripe would be the dryer didn't work, so we had packed light in anticipation of not needing an offsite fluff and fold. Other than that everything was perfect, really enjoyed the location and the views. Also there is Slappy's adjacent, whose aroma wanders around when they are cooking Tri-Tip. We grabbed some chowder one day, not too bad. Would stay here again, probably longer than a week.
