Beach Access! Heated Community Pool! Float in the pool while looking at the beac

My sister and I spent two nights at this location and it was absolutely fun! The pool was refreshing and the boardwalk to the beach was so convenient. Plus, the shops, dining, and gas stations are all nearby.

Was a clean room. Perfect for the short excursion.

Mold next to A/C unit as well as the bathroom ceiling.

For check in it’s super easy. Don’t use the kitchen

If you are looking for a decent vacation spot, this is definitely not it! The best part of this place was the responsiveness of the host, although I had to call several times because the code in the door wouldn’t work and the bed was pretty comfortable. The air conditioning didn’t work, which is my bad because I never mentioned it. We borrowed the maintenance guy’s fan that was in the laundry room to sleep and returned it in the morning. The pool was very nice but getting to it was a little walk and there are no pool towels available. We were given 2 towels and 2 washcloths when we checked in, and never got more. I washed a load of clothes and washed the towels myself. We had plates, forks, knives that are stored in the dresser drawer, dishwasher pods, dish soap, but only had a microwave and a mini fridge, no dishwasher or sink. There is no kitchen and if you do use the dishes, you wash them in the bathroom sink. This was a bizarre place, you feel like you are in a maintenance room turned into a bedroom. The shower was ok other than the water coming out of it. You either had cold water or hot, no in-between. The sun hits the room at the wrong time and won’t let it cool. If you have mobility issues, this is not the place for you. There are several steps to get to it. I would never stay in this room again. I am not really picky about where I stay, but this was the worst. There is nowhere to sit outside privately. The maintenance man is very nice.

The place was very charming and the space was comfortable for two people. The facilities were well maintain, the heated pool was a plus. The boardwalk to the beach is very nice with two spots with access to water to use as needed. The beach access was nice and comfortable distance to walk to the pier or to a local restaurant/bar by the beach.

Loved the cabana feel. Would definitely go back. I only wish the critters around the pool weren’t there.

Nice place, not too far from the beach. Clean. Bring coffee mugs if you plan to make coffee.

The property was very nice, clean and nicely decorated. Instructions for using the television would have helped. We could only watch the television for about 10 minutes.The unit was very adequate for our needs. My biggest concern was there was only a dead bolt on the door and it looked like the wood on the outside of the door lock had been chipped away. It wouldn’t take a very hard tug to break into the room. A safety chain or other locking system would have made me feel safer. The pool was amazing. We enjoyed our stay in Port Aransas .
