BBC 214 - Gulf Front Condo - Pool & Beach are OPEN!

Everything was amazing, except the check out instructions were alot, after taking cleaning fee, I would have expected that we wouldnt have to do dishes specially without a dishwasher.

It was such an amazing stay here. The location was perfect and not too crowded. Close to everything and sandy feet was amazing and made sure our stay was up to par. Dolphins and manatees right outside the balcony and close to shore. It was an amazing trip!!! Will definitely be back.

Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Definitely checked all the boxes.

this is our second time on Bel-Air Beach at the same condo. Just wonderful being right on the water. Fabulous sunsets, listening to the waves on the balcony just lets all the stress vanish. Facilities and amenities as pictured/noted. Just one comment about the bed-mattress could probably be updated/replaced as it was a bit uncomfortable.

The property was as listed. It’s right on the gulf. The view was amazing!

Beautiful view. Couch was uncomfortable and needs an upgrade. Bedroom could use some new, more comfortable pillows. Nice having beach chairs and umbrella available.

Nice option for 2 people. Right on the beach. Beach was clean and few people. Condo was clean and everything worked. Condo was easy to get to, not crowded, and easy to park.

Great location between Clearwater and Madeira. Quiet area and feels like you have to whole beach to yourself. Loved that this condo is facing the ocean and it’s right on the beach!

Watching the sunset from the balcony was absolutely stunning! A wonderful and unexpected surprise was finding beach chairs and an umbrella ready for us to use - such a convenient and thoughtful touch. We highly recommend this property!

You should have made us very aware there was no elevator!! I will say that the maintenance man was spot on amazing and on top of everything even though there were guests that were incredibly rude and disrespectful.

The unit was perfect. Can’t beat the oceanfront location and view from the unit. Really clean and comfortable. We will be back !!!

The condo was perfect and accurate to the photos presented. Found out that the coffee maker was broke. Texted with management and it was replaced within hours. So responsive? Yep! definitely on top! Location was awesome. Not many people on the beach so not overly crowded. Clearwater is like 5 min away with plenty to do. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Sandy feet VR -Belleaire beach. It was very clean. A little small for 4 people, but we didn't spend a lot of time inside. The view was amazing! We just opened the curtains and there was the ocean! We were able to watch the dolphins jumping from our balcony area. The pool was clean and warm. When we contacted Sandy Feet VR staff about getting in a little bit earlier, they got right back to us. It was quiet and everyone was nice!

Overall, the unit was tidy and clean. The shower head had little water pressure and was too low. Hot water was an issue if multiple people need to get ready. The hide-a-bed was a thin mattress (could feel bars) and not level when folded out. I wouldn't want to sleep on it more than a night or two. The pool is small and often crowded, but clean and functioned ok. My biggest complaint was the condition of the beach. The sand isn't white anymore and is generally filled with debris. If you sift your hand through the sand you will undoubtedly find shattered glass. I did this for a few minutes and found 5 pieces of tempered glass. Overall, unit was average. Host was responsive and price was on lower side of comps in the area.

My husband and I escaped the cold north for a not as cold week at the beach. The location was perfect. We were able to visit so many fun places and retire for the evening with an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico from the condo. We made many meals in the well equipped kitchen. Coffee on the sundeck in the morning was a great start to our day. We would have stayed another week if the condo were available. Can't wait to go back.

White sandy beaches, clear water and a beautiful place to enjoy the sun! We had an amazing time and the property was excellent! Would use again!
