BBC #212 - Step Into Gulf Coast Heaven! Heated Pool! Gulf Front!

This unit was clean and quiet during the week of Christmas. It had exceptional views and a walkable beach. Dolphins would swim by. The owner and staff were amazing. I am definitely returning.

Beautiful view and the unit was very clean and well maintained.

Property was easy to access, clean, & as described online. We arrived in time to get settled and see a beautiful sunset from our balcony and the beach, which is only yards away!Other pros included laundry on site, chairs & umbrella for the beach, and property located on a more quiet/private setting than nearby Clearwater. The units are somewhat dated but had all the necessities for occupancy, cooking, and a comfortable stay. I had a question while there and the manager was quick to respond. Waking up to that view was priceless & I would 100% return

Wonderful unit with direct ocean views. The unit is up to date and spotless with everything you need. Great communication. Close to everything yet on an uncrowded beach. If you like to be outdoors and watch the ocean all day this is for you.

We have stayed here before and love it! This time it was too cold to enjoy the beach but still a beautiful view. As always the unit was clean and just as expected.

Everything was nice. Internet not great, especially when everyone was using it to watch TV.

Our trip exceeded expectations. Beautiful property right on the beach. Check in instructions were easy and we received texts asking if we needed anything. Great stay for us and we will definitely be back.

All & all a relatively nice stay though my bad for not catching under 'Amenities' there was no dishwasher (something one comes to expect in what's built as a condo)

Clean place with a beautiful view of the ocean. Have all you need here. Close to numerous places to eat and much more!

Great place to stay. FYI… the blue umbrella in the condo was broken, so you might want to replace it.

We were very happy with the Belleair Beach Club and our condo. Just big enough for two but plenty of room for two. Everything we needed at our fingertips, including the beautiful Gulf. Will definitely book again.

The condo was very nice. So close to the beach. They had chairs and umbrella and beach towels we could use at the beach which was very nice. The only thing is the bedroom was not as cool as the living room. We tried to close the bedroom door to see if it would be cooler, but it did help keep it cooler but it did not help any.

The property was everything it said it was! The location was great and we had no issues. The only issue was that the elevator was out. Using the stairs wasn’t an issue for our party!

Checked in on Wed Mar 26, 2025.We received the check in email ahead of our arrival which included our door code to our unit as well as the Wifi info and contact numbers for during our stay.We were very impressed from the moment we opened our door the first day to when we had to check out.Our unit was a 1 bedroom with a King bed, a very comfortable mattress! Bedroom was quite spacious with lots of storge options for clothes. The bathroom was fresh and clean, the living area and kitchen area was perfect for our needs, and had the basic appliances, dishes, glasses etc. The best thing of course was the view of the Gulf and the small patio we ate breakfast and lunch on each day!The beach towels and Chairs made our trip to the beach very enjoyable, there was even an umbrella available for those that want or need shade.All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

The condo was really nice! The property said it sleeps 4 but was a little too small for that. I didn’t realize there was not an oven and just a small cook top. The unit do have a toaster oven. Also the supplies were pretty limited. No shampoo, conditioner or shower soap. The kitchen had salt and pepper but that’s the only spices. A box of Kleenex would also be nice. Only two beach towels. Perfect location for the beach.

This condo has everything you need. Right on the beach. Great location!

The only problem was they had only one table with umbrella on patio .. confused by that

Perfect stay! Condo is extremely clean and has a beautiful view of the ocean we saw dolphins every morning and every evening! Lots of really great restaurants around the area, Columbia is amazing! We will definitely be staying here again

This location was perfect for a few days away from reality. Place is immaculate. When there was difficulty using the keypad we were able to get in touch and resolve the issue within minutes. Turns out someone had unplugged the routing unit for the keypad, and it was fixed the next morning.Unfortunately, it was too cold to enjoy the beach much, but my wife braved the abnormally cool weather to dip in the pool. Then we spent some time in a patio area shielded from the wind.This is an excellent location, with tremendously responsive ownership. Highly recommended!

This is our second visit to this property and even though it is after two major hurricanes we were amazed at the cleanup. We had many great experiences, the dinner cruise, walking around John’s Pass and Clearwater beach. The food was awesome. We spent our 20th Anniversary with you and thoroughly enjoyed it! We will be back!

Breathtaking view, nice and quite beach, we had a wonderful stay, would come back here every year!!!

We enjoyed our short visit. We enjoyed the use of the elevator since we are older. The condo was clean, the bed was comfortable, the view was beautiful, the pool was great, and beach chairs and umbrella were provided. (One of the beach chairs was broken and should be removed.) The only thing missing was bath soap. There is an ice machine available for tenants use. We would definitely stay here again.
