The apartment includes two private terraces and a quiet garden, connectedto the interior through large glass doors that bring in natural light and make it simple to move between indoor and outdoor living. The custom-made CREO kitchen is fully equipped for daily cooking, from quick meals to relaxed dinners with local ingredients. Outside, a six-seat dining table is set up for slow breakfasts, long lunches, or evening aperitivi.

Sleeping arrangements are flexible for families or small groups. The main bedroom features a king-size bed, the second bedroom has a single bed that converts into a double, and the living area includes a sofa bed for additional guests or a quiet afternoon rest. All beds are prepared with hotel-grade linens and ergonomic pillows. For evenings in, the living room has a 65-inch Smart TV, and each bedroom includes a 55-inch Smart TV, supported by fast Wi-Fi.

Arrival is smooth and independent with 24/7 digital self check-in via VIKEY, with no keys and no waiting. For beach days, beach towels and a parasol are provided so you can head out easily to Pittulongu, Bados, or Porto Istana. Parking is straightforward: the stay includes a private gated parking space on-site, with additional free street parking nearby.
