Architect Designed West End Condo; Great Locale - Huge Deck.

Great spot for 3 gals looking to spot right whales from shore for a weekend. Jim was very responsive & the place was clean, and walkable to what was open off season. Easy keyless check in. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay. Great location, beautiful home, and had everything we needed.

Our second year staying at Jim's place and his place was, yet again, perfect! The bedrooms were comfortable and the rooftop deck was very clutch! We can't forget to mention how convenient this place is to everything in town!

Lovely, roomy condo in a fantastic location. Close to activities yet quiet. Even with lousy weather we had a lovely visit.

This is a nice apartment in good condition. The apartment is on the second and third floors of a house so if you have problems with stairs this would not be good. The layout is a little quirky with two very small bedrooms on the lower floor, and a HUGE master suite on the upper floor. There is a large deck that is lovely with some areas in the sun and some areas in the shade. Many of the windows face Bradford Street which can be noisy, but the windows must be triple glazed because it was nice and quiet inside.

We had a great time. It is super close to boatslip. Liz's cafe nearby is also awesome.

Jim’s property was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was easily one of the most well stocked I’ve encountered in a rental. Location was great for exploring P-town on foot or bicycle. And I must add, it was quite refreshing to find art in a short term rental that was tasteful and appeared to be made by real humans :)Thanks Jim!

You can’t beat the location. One street away from commercial street. Quiet. Comfortable beds. So clean. My only suggestion is to say three flights of stairs so people are prepared. Otherwise. Amazing

The property contained all the amenities expected. The deck was beautiful and gets beautiful evening sunlight.

It is an easy walk to Commercial St. Kitchen is fully stocked. Plenty room for three adults or more. Condo is clean but worn. Stairs' railing to front door needs repair.

Plenty of room and all the utensils and cookery needed for a nice cozy stay during a blustery March week. 1 block from Commercial Street and a quick drive to Stop and Shop made it very convenient. Well maintained and clean - Jim was a very communicative and accommodating host. Will look to stay here on our next trip to Provincetown

The beds were super comfy and the showers amazing! We were lucky enough to check in early and leave a little late, Hope to stay again!! Highly recommend!!
