Your health and comfort are our top priorities. In light of the global pandemic, Greenday Vacation Rentals has taken the necessary steps to stop the spread of COVID-19, including self-check-in with the help of smart locks and tablet guides; adding disposable face masks, gloves, and disinfecting agents to the long list of amenities included in the rental; following the cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing guidelines published by the CDC; ensuring that the home is vacant for at least 24 - 36 hours before a guest checks-in, and training our entire team about the importance of and 100% observation of social distancing guidelines. That is to say when the day comes and it's time for you to check out you will feel rested, energized, and healthier than on the day you arrived.

Payment & Cancellation Policy:
A. Payment: An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required at the time of reservation. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. Alternative payment options can be arranged by request. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date.
B. Cancellations of Reservations: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur a $300.00 administration fee and will have all other payments refunded. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit.

    The Greenday Vacation Rentals' office is located on-site within Mission Hills Country Club. The staff are readily available to assist with any questions or concerns. They try to accommodate individual needs to the fullest and maintain the properties to provide the highest level of comfort and convenience. The central valley location of Mission Hills Country Club makes it easier to enjoy the Coachella Valley to it's fullest.

    This two bedroom condo is bright with lovely mountain views over a large pond. The updated condo is clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped. Comfortable seating in living/family room for watching television. Both bedrooms are spacious with lots of cupboard space and televisions. Small outdoor patio has nice view over pond and comfortable to relax on …. The Green Day team are friendly and responsive. we had a couple of issues with the TV which were efficiently and effectively resolved …. i would recommend this property … Pam

    Having a representative greet our arrival, assistance with luggage, explanation of all things related to the rental property, reviewing the binder of info, all added to our wonderful experience. Lovely touch with the roses. Rental was clean and very well maintained. Unprecedented view from most areas of the rental.
