Was exactly what we were looking for!

Everything you need hot tub was great and host was very good.

In house laundry was great. The apartment was very clean. No.problems with the apartment. Only issue was the people upstairs walked loud. From early morning to late at night. But i know there was nothing to be done about that. We enjoyed our stay very much. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. Will definitely stay again.

This place had such a fun vibe ! with a primary white pallet for decor, it gives a great feeling of cleanliness - but the little pops of color really just made it a fun place to be! The host was super friendly and so helpful!! Would stay here again if given the opportunity.

What an amazing place! I felt very safe here. It was very clean when we walked in and I loved the aesthetic. The beds were very comfortable and the hot tub at the front was a big bonus. Had everything we needed for our vacation. We are already planning another trip and hoping to stay here.

We cut our stay short due to the fact that the upstairs neighbors were so loud til 12am. Noise started back up at 6am. Not a relaxing stay.

Comfortable and tidy area within close proximity of Helen sites. I loved the location as its a nice walk with enough distance to relax without the events/noise disturbing you. The beds were super comfortable..i'd recommend to anyone :)

Wonderful place close to everything! Comfortable King size bed. Communication was great. We will defiantly recommend.

Convenient location neat and clean

Entry instructions need to be updated. The code was correct but they have switched from a key box to electronic deadbolt. There was a missing step but we figured it out eventually. Dining table was wobbly - tenon almost popped out - I kicked it in. On dining stool was to wobbly to be safe. Another was wobbly but I was careful. No end tables next to coach to set anything. Pretty minimalist accessories.

The host was so friendly and accommodating. The property was clean, nicely decorated making our place memorable :)

Great apartment for a quick trip to Helen! Had everything we needed. Very clean! And located on a quiet back street but still close enough to walk to town if you wanted to. Enjoyed our quick trip!

This is a cute little apartment. Very close to everything in Helen, which is a fun little town. The second bedroom advertised a Queen, but it doesn't look like a Queen. No dresser or any furniture to place things in the Master bedroom. The patio had a hot tub (which was not shown in pics) so that couldn't be used to sit on. It was very hot the week we were there so the patio smelled a little musty. No tables in the living room. It is perfect for 2 adults or a family of 3. The decor and kitchen items are very cute. Everything we needed was supplied. Very close to town, yet in a quiet area. We enjoyed it.

The condo is great and located within walking distance to waterpark, Helen tubing and food. On the riverside. I would drive and park if you want downtown Helen.Bathroom has some water damage from the unit upstairs. Owner is working that out. Great stay. Will book again. If you don’t like noisy upstairs guest, rent a single cabin. That was the only down fall of our stay.

Centrally located near water and river tubing parks. We save cooking at our stay and our portable outdoor BBQ. Spacious and comfort

The stay was great. It was clean, cozy, and convenient to the town. The hot tub was lovely to slip into after walking all day. Plan to stay again in the future.

The condo is a short drive to downtown Helen. Area is quiet. James, the property manager, was very accommodating! Living area is spacious, full size fridge and oven. Easy access from the parking lot. Would stay again!

Very nice and well located property, not in town but still walking distance to riverside park and downtown shops and restaurants. The apartment had all the amenities of a hotel room and four times the space, plus a kitchen and a hot tub.

Great stay, simple and easy!

Cute place but musty to a point we had to go buy room deodorizers and a candle to try and make the place habitable to sleep in. Nice hot tub on the front porch thats not advertised and no directions to run it . Owner was quick to respond. Clean place otherwise

Overall the property was good.

We wanted to have a place that was close to town and had a full kitchen so we can cook our own food instead of going out to eat. Location is good. Space worked well for us. Now it was during Christmas so temperature was cold. There is a wall mounted unit in the living room that provides AC and heat. There is no ventilation ducts to move the heat throughout the apartment. To heat the bedrooms there is a space heater in the back bedroom and a small table top space heater for the front bedroom. The space heaters were as high as they could go and we had to shut the bedroom doors to hold the heat in. They don't heat a room that fast. Cold air came through the front door and the windows in the front bedroom. Bathroom was always cold. There was a long extension cord across the floor for the TV that was mounted and the cord didn't reach the outlet. Possible hazard if not paying attention.We had a family above us and we could hear everything that was going on. Seemed like they were stomping all day and night and didn't stop till about midnight. It's an older builing that was updated inside but still had some short commings.

The condo was very clean. The couch and beds were pretty comfortable. We were able to maintain a comfortable temperature during our stay. We reported a minor issue and the host was very responsive with a quick reply. The picture showed a table and chairs but it now has a jacuzzi. You could technically walk to the main shops but it would have been a hike. It probably took us a minute to get to free parking or paid parking. 10 a day. Not bad unless you just want to go to a restaurant.There was only one negative. If someone staying upstairs is a heavy walker or has a few kids you can sometimes hear them. Late at night lite sleepers may get agitated. It was not a problem for most of us.

Condo was so cute and comfortable. My only complaint is the we couldn’t get the shower to work so we had to take baths. The hot tub was a nice touch. We didn’t see it in the listing. Would have been nice if there was a curtain or something to provide a little privacy for the patio though. Overall, we were very happy with this place!

Amazing, great host

Cute apartment located in a quiet complex. Calm area but still walkable to some restaurants and shops. There was a nice hot tub on the patio but we did not have swim suits packed because hot tub was not mentioned in the property details. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. You can hear the upstairs neighbors every move, may be a concern if you are a light sleeper.

Great location. Only complaint was furniture in dining/living room. High top table and sofa with deep seats not comfortable for seniors. And no lamps in living area to read Beds were great and storage was good.

We had a very good experience staying in the apartment. Easy to get to with directions and check in was easy. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated and the layout was great. The proximity to downtown Helen was excellent. The one item that might be considered is that we would hear a lot of noise from the apartment upstairs that also hosts guests. It is not anyone’s fault, but maybe suggesting the upstairs neighbor could purchase thicker rugs to dampen the noise or encouraging guests upstairs to remove their shoes when entering. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much and appreciated the host’s kindness and communications. Would stay there again.

Neat and clean. However, shower not working. A dish cloth in the kitchen would be nice. Otherwise just a quaint condo. Well stocked with most all necessities.

This place was in a good location . It is in a great location if you want to be near the water park. The host was excellent and answered our questions quickly.

Loved the location & would love to come visit again

We had a great time in Helen. The apartment is in an excellent location. It’s clean, updated and comfortable. The couch and the bed are very comfortable. There were plenty of towels, small shampoo/conditioner & body washes. There’s a nice ceiling fan in the master bedroom but also a small fan for noise. (Thank you. We are used to sleeping with fan noise, lol!) The hot tub looked very nice & felt toasty warm but we didn’t get in. We enjoyed having an keurig and a few pods were provided. It was all fantastic. It’s a great place to stay. The only things I would recommend would be a mirror of some type in the bedrooms, since there’s only one bathroom, and a rod in the laundry room to hang clothes out of the dryer. These things aren’t necessary and didn’t affect our stay but would just be icing on the cake!!! Thanks again for allowing us to stay in your very nice apartment!

Apartment was okay. Location was great. Right around the corner from the water park and tubing. Apartment had a musty, wet smell when we first entered. The sofa was slightly damp. Bathroom does not have exhaust fan. The unit has an air circulation issue. Jacuzzi on the patio was nice and refreshing. Would not stay in the unit again if the top unit is rented out. We heard every step and jump they made. If you chose to stay at this apartment complex, book a top unit in this complex for a more pleasurable experience.
