Stayed Mar 1, 2023Wayne is an excellent host and responded quickly when we had a question. The condo had everything we needed: it is spacious and light, the beds are very comfortable, the location is terrific. There are a few small things that are showing their age here and there (e.g., toaster, toaster oven, a light switch or two), but it all worked as advertised. Unfortunately, the weather didn't allow us to take too much advantage of the private outdoor space, but we really enjoyed it the few times we could (especially the two times a hummingbird came and fluttered on my shoulder!)

Stayed Mar 21, 2021Stayed for a few days in late March with family. Property was exceptionally clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. We made good use of pool, hot tub and tennis courts on site. Property owner was easy to communicate with. A great stay overall!

Stayed Oct 5, 2018Nicely located on a fairway of the Las Palmas resort golf course, we really enjoyed the spaciousness of the unit and the many extras and conveniences inside that made it feel lived in and comfortable. Sunrises were spectacular and the patio was our frequent venue for breakfasts and cocktails in the evening. The location of Rancho Las Palmas is very convenient to El Paseo in Palm Desert and to many restaurants and shops in the area. Our entire family really enjoyed the stay!

Stayed Mar 24, 2018My family spent spring break week here and found the property well maintained and clean. We liked the quiet street for our grandchildren so they could ride their bicycles. The property was close to the clubhouse and pool. The owner was very accessible and responsive. We had a wonderful time!

Stayed Mar 4, 2018We are familiar with Las palmas from when it opened. The orientation of Wayne’s unit kept It out of the wind and direct sun. Patio very welcoming. We would definitely stay there again.
