Stayed Dec 31, 1969We arrived at this unit on the 22 December 2014 and were greeted by the owners. The place is accurately displayed by the photos on this website. The location in directly on the beach which is cleaned almost daily and it's a well cared for condo building. The condo unit itself is extremely clean, featuring two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The owners recently purchased this unit and updated it with new furniture, appliances, and freshly painted it. The location is very convenient to things such as restaurants, shopping, and theaters. Has public transport at the door. The only disappointment I have is that the owners did not provide a telephone in the unit, but it does feature Internet access and cable T.V. with a nice large television. Hopefully the owners will see to it in the future to install a telephone line with North American calling as it's fairly priced to include it with their cable & Internet service. By not having a telephone in the unit it is difficult for things as simple as having food delivered as their is no way for people to call you from the lobby. We are staying here for three months and I would recommend this unit to anyone.
