Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great space and the property was very clean and roomy. Easy access to the pool and beach. House had a lot more available than what was told to us (beach towels, chairs, play pin, etc) So we ended up bringing a lot more than we had to. No grilling on the deck you have to take the grill down a spiral staircase to the lower level and an extension cord to use it. So we had to cook a lot in the tiny kitchen but it was equipped with what we needed. Overall we had a great trip.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo has so many highlights and is a very comfortable place to stay! It’s location is perfect right on the beach and the unit is equipped with everything you need. It’s cozy and very nicely decorated. We all loved it. A few minor issues: this unit is well stocked with beach chairs and beach items - there is a storage unit for them tucked underneath the entrance stairs that is shared with the unit below it. The rental company advised renting beach equipment and I even double checked with a personal email to make sure I needed to do that. That resulted in a total waste of money for a week of beach chairs I did not need. Also, the sliding screen doors in the unit need replacing or repair badly. And lastly, there is no grill at the unit and no shared grills on site. Every unit has a grill, except for unit 14. All and all though - we had a fantastic time and would gladly return again!
