Alan's Apartment - Hot tub, fireplace, located in a quiet corner of Helen.

Great place, but we were at the mercy of whoever checked in upstairs. If they were leaving early we could not sleep in. If they were up late it was too noisy to get to sleep. Otherwise the apt was clean and cozy. Just bring my some ear plugs to get a good nights sleep.

Very clean, host nice, great hot tub!! The fireplace was wood and host stated if you build a fire, it may set the smoke! Everything else was great!!

We enjoyed our stay just needed more towels was rags and bed linens for couch slewing . Was vary enjoyable ! Especially the tree and antlers for Dee them a special treat when the grinch showed up Thankk you had a would show some pictures didn’t she how to . Jesus is reason for the season !

Place was awesome and comfy. Host was very responsive. Loved the apartment. I thought I’d miss being in a cabin. Trust me you won’t. Hot tub is on the porch and is great. Half a mile away from downtown Helen. Nearby all attractions in town.

The property was minutes away from downtown Helen. The property manager, James, was very accommodating and responsive! We'll be back!

It is charming, loved the decor, the hot tub was great. I would highly recommend this little getaway

The apartment itself was lovely and I appreciated the coffee for our stay. Please consider adding a sign/wreath/decoration to the front dooor that says “Alan’s Apartment “. It was very confusing to find the right door. Beautifully furnished and wonderful bed. It’s difficult for someone with my mobility issues to go up a 10 stair stairway holding onto warped banisters. Though it is on the first floor, that first floor was 1 story up. The hot tub was a nice addition! Please add grab bars or a railing to enable someone like me to easily get in: out. Very gracious.

It was a very nice condo. I would recommend that anyone looking for a affordable and very clean condo to rent they check this one out thats for sure

Stay was fine until the people checked in above us and there child ran a lot back an d forth in the condo.parking was very limited and other guest would park in the spots.

There was toothpaste marks left on the bathroom counter and a beer mug from a local establishment left in the bathroom. Not a big deal but wanted you to know
