Stayed Jan 18, 2026This was the perfect location for us! Steps away from the ocean, downtown Carpinteria and the Salt Marsh and a short drive to see the seals. We were also close to our new grandbaby, and got to see her every day after she was born. We would stay here again and have shared the info with other family members.

Stayed Sep 9, 2024This is very nice condo, very clean and nicely decorated. It was actually nicer than I thought! The neighborhood is quiet and the complex is well taken care of. The condo has a lot of nice touches including beach gear, games and books. My husband and I traveled with our adult son, who slept on a fold out couch. We enjoyed the patio area outside for coffee in the morning. It’s an easy walk to the beach, which is where we spent most of our time. It was very enjoyable.

Stayed Mar 25, 2024It was the perfect spot for our family and definitely affordable. It is a very close walk to the beach and downtown. The property felt clean, it was also quiet at night and it being a downstairs unit was a plus. The kids also enjoyed the pool. I would definitely stay again as Carpinteria is our favorite place to be.
