Keep in mind that island life comes with seasonal pests like mosquitoes. To help keep them at bay, our properties receive professional pest control treatments every month. Please be aware that because Port Aransas is a unique coastal community, cable and Wi-Fi connectivity might be unpredictable. Thank you for acknowledging that we have no control over these services. Service interruptions will not qualify for any discounts or reimbursements.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.



Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.

- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.

- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out.



The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

    Everything was great except the construction that was going on above us . Woke us up early in the morning and in the evening (7:00 pm) they were working so loud we were unable to hear our tv or visit. Wish we would of had a heads up on the construction going on , might have postponed our trip.

    Smoke detector hanging out of the ceiling. Couch was outdated. No face towels and no hand towels, only bath towels. Tv only streamed Trump news. No local stations. Before we lchecked out, the smoke alarm went off. Could not talk to landlord. the smoke ala

    This property was easy to find and had great access to all that Port A has to offer. The beach is a short walk from the condo or you can drive on the beach. Great communication from the management company throughout the visit. Overall, my family and I would stay here again if given the opportunity.

    The surface view of the place was nice, except that there were crumbs of food left on the futon in the bedroom. The futon was very hard to sleep on. The bed was not in good shape only one person could be on it at a time because you would sink in the middle leaving you sleeping on top of each other the whole night. The air up mattress deflated in the middle of the night not completely but close. Over all we were able to make things work for the weekend. We really like the location and the pool area.

    We had a great time! The property was clean and walking distance to the beach! There was plenty of room for all 6 of us to sleep comfortably and the condo was furnished well. We will be back!

    This until was even better than the pictures showed it to be! It was clean, well stocked and decorated to give you a real beach vibe. We loved the view out the window and it was easy to watch the kids play outside. We will definitely return to this great condo!

    Everything you could need and more is provided. It was a full house as in complex busy, but there was enough parking and you barely heard anyone. You are walking distance to beach, the jetty, a coffee shop and the Port A Beach lodge. Great place!
