Stayed Jul 7, 2025We enjoyed our short stay at the Aransas Princess. Everything was as expected...very nice. The condo itself was exceptional, clean and comfortable. Our only regret was that the boardwalk to the beach was unavailable due to construction.

Stayed Jul 2, 2023We absolutely loved the view of this place! So so nice and I didn’t want to leave :( ! The beach access is amazing with a wash center on the bridge coming back up - 2 pools and a hot tub both were awesome and we used them a lot! Get a golf cart and ride the beach , it’s the best and right on the beach access road!!!

Stayed Jun 3, 2023It is a great place to stay. The only thing I would say is that the pictures on the listing of the view from the balcony need to be changed because the view is really much better than the pictures make it out to be. Great time was had by all.

Stayed Aug 9, 2021This was the first beach vacation we have taken with our little one and we could not have been more pleased with this condo. The view is incredible and access to the beach was unparalleled. The owner even added a special touch for our little one, leaving out some children’s books for him to read. Very thoughtful! We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Aug 7, 2020We had a wonderful stay at the Aransas Princess Condominiums. The check-in was easy and pleasant, the facility was very clean and had its own boardwalk directly to the beach. It is only a short distance from town and shopping. The view from the condo's balcony, while not 180 degrees, was broad enough to view and hear and surf.
