Linens / Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a starter set of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

✧ You acknowledge that you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
✧ You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed the rental agreement and provided a copy of valid ID.
✧ Any guest who confirms a reservation will be responsible for damages in an amount outlined in the rental agreement. An authorization hold in the amount of $500.00 will be placed on your credit card. It will be removed once you check-out and if nothing is damaged.

1) Local guest reservation requests are subject to further review and questions. Please provide full name, # of guests, and reason for booking.
2) Reservations should include the correct number of guests staying. Please ask the host for permission to bring visitors over to the property.
3) Isle of Palms Noise Ordinance must be followed. Any violations of the noise ordinance are cause for immediate removal.
4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule.
5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.
10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions.
11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals

* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

    We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condo. The views were amazing and being right on the beach was nice to listen to the ocean day and night. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the communication was excellent.

    Just what we needed. Wanted to get my parents a change of scenery and despite the rain the ocean view did not disappoint. I was surprised at the extras that were on property like the hair dryers and multiple crockpots, air fryer as they weren’t listed but we were glad to have them. I packed my own hairdryer and crockpot, but I would’ve gladly left them behind. Have I known it the kitchen and bathroom were already stock for these items.Plenty of extra blankets and beds were comfortable. The elevator was wonderful for my parents.

    Multiple family stay including a dog, plenty of room for all! Condo was fully stocked with linens, bath towels, cooking supplies and basics. Was clean and fresh upon arrival. The balcony view was 5 we could sit out and hear live music from neighboring restaurants/bars. Family friendly area with so much to see and do. Something for all ages. Just beautiful !

    Great condo for group of 7 friends . The condo is spacious and nicely decorated - well stocked kitchen. Didn’t realize we had bars on either side of us - noisy but 10 pm noise curfew was tolerable.

    Perfect for our family to be together or separate for privacy or sleeping littles. The bedrooms are spacious and the open floor plan of kitchen - living room - deck views was exactly as described. The ease of walking for every type of grocery, drink, dessert and restaurant was perfect. The live music at Coconut Joes was a bonus for our family on the deck enjoying the views. We loved IOP!

    Condo is lovely. Storage is good. The suggestions revolve around places to hang bathing suits even bath towels. NO hook or racks (one small next to tub in Jack and Jill bath). Maybe they just get torn off the walls, but towel racks and/or large hooks to hang one's towels (hand or bath size), bathing suits, etc. is a problem. The management responded to service on the refrigerator. There is a rooftop bar beside the condo, but they adhere to the quiet time regulations, so we did not hear them after 10:00p.m. All in all, a very nice week at IOP! Thank you!
