4 BR 3BA w/Master Loft and Ocean Views~ Oceanfront Nest Up

The house had a well appointed kitchen. Everything was there to make dinners for the family. Pet friendly was great too. Just a few steps to the beach and a sunrise view from the wonderfully comfortable porch furniture was to die for.We did not know from the listing that this house had a lower level for a separate renter. It was empty during our stay so we got a couple extra parking spots.

Love the direct beach access. House was clean and beautiful. Would definitely return.

Quiet location, nice property.

The location, view of the beach, and accessibility of the beach was amazing. It's as good as pictured. Funishings and bathrooms were nicely updated. Separate bedroom space is great, including the upper private bed and bath upstairs. Little hard to keep the home cool with hot temps and instructions in the book at check-in state that renters aren't allowed to lower the thermostat past 72 degrees which wasn't great for sleeping for our family. Overall great stay though!

We enjoyed our stay . We over looked we had other renters below us . Which is fine but maybe should be made more clear. We had several children and puppies .

This was the perfect place to stay for a beach vacation! The beach is right off the house. It’s a quick walk to the lighthouse viewing area. The house was very clean and they provided you with a starter pack of dish detergent, a sponge, garbage bag, toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, laundry detergent. They also had skim boards to use on the beach and puzzles. The deck had two big umbrellas for shade, a comfy couch and a big dining table. Plenty of seating inside for everyone. We had 8 people staying. The water pressure was excellent with plenty of hot water. The house leans towards the beach which wasn’t a problem for us at all but getting up every morning felt like we were on a boat. The floor was sagging in the hallway leading towards one of the bathrooms and the floor tile was cracked but they are going to fix that immediately. They also replaced broken umbrellas immediately as well. The host was very responsive. There is a cute little town to eat and walk around on a day that isn’t great for the beach. Plus they have plenty of grocery stores that are a quick drive. We ate at Kanji, Coconut Joe’s and LoLo’s. They were all very good. We stayed in March, which was a little chilly for the beach but still had plenty of time to play in the sand. They also had an outdoor station to clean off after the beach which was very convenient. The view for the sunrise was amazing! We got up for it every morning. The kids loved the swing chair.

We absolutely loved our stay! You cannot beat the location of this property. Steps from the ocean!!! The views from the house are spectacular! The house was very clean and well cared for. Communication with the property manager was responsive and easy. The neighborhood felt very safe. We will definitely be back!

We had a refreshing stay. Loved the Ocean view - couldn't be better. Great # of Bed and Bath for our family. Also, loved that it was pet friendly.

The mornings are magical as the sunrises and the ocean is right in your face, we LOVED it! Comfortable, cozy and easy to stay at. We felt great having direct access to beach and really can't say enough good things about our stay. its was a 10 out of 10! We will be back-- tom & shay

We really enjoyed our stay- this house has the ultimate beach view and access- and this time of year without the crowds is perfect. The weather was perfect and the beds were comfy. There are an abundance of televisions in the house- and the dining room table was perfect for our puzzle!

Came down for a long weekend to celebrate my husband and daughter’s birthdays. My son is a Knob at the citadel and just happened they were able to get day leave on Saturday and Sunday. This was a great place for my son and a few other cadets that live out of state to come and relax for the day. One young man is from Iowa, and this was the first time he had ever been to the beach!! This house was perfect. Thank you!!
