3rd floor Wild Dunes condo with ocean view, community pool, & beach access

Excellent location with plenty of inside and outside amenities. Comfortable beds and upgraded, nicely decorated beach condo with plenty of places to relax and enjoy the beach!

Due to King tides and erosion of the beach, there was debris on the limited beach area.

The only suggestions-cabinets in kitchen really high especially for short people! Found a step stool in bedroom closet! Some more silverware would be great-teaspoons, small forks! A lighter or matches in case of a power outage to light a candle! Hard to find trash disposal location!

This rental was so nicely decorated and updated! We are definitely going to try and rent again next year. It was in a perfect location, close to the beach, in a quiet part of the resort. Neither the beach nor the pool were crowded. This place is well worth the money!

Each bedroom had a KING bed with private access to a bathroom! 3 outdoor seating areas (one by front door entrance, one off livingroom that was screened with table and 6 chairs, and a rooftop balcony with 4 high wood chairs that gave a great view). Kitchen had both drip and keurig coffee machines. Good supply of dishes, pans, etc. Inside eating area with 4 chairs. Spiral staircase led to a daybed area, that led out to rooftop balcony. Elevator down to pool or path to beach. Pool area was great with open and covered seating. Outside shower when returning from beach. Would totally recommend this rental!

We have not stayed this far into the Wild Dunes property before. The condo is steps from the beach. The pool got crowded with a baseball team that had rented almost the entire property the week we were there so we didnt enjoy it much. The condo was clean and the screened in porch was great for morning coffee and card games. Wish we didnt have to go to the rental office to pick up the code. Would have been easier to just give it to us. Overall, great stay.

We’ve been staying at Wild Dunes for years, but with our older kids only staying for a few days, we were looking for a smaller place. This was our first time at this condo and it worked well for what we needed. It was clean and a great location.

Overall place nice and near ocean. Wish there was better communication that outdoor pool would not be open during our stay. That was a disappointment. We tried to reach out to maintenance twice about minimal issue. First time waited on hold forever with an island realty rep and they never connected maintenance. Next time waited on hold for 8 min to then be told to call back during normal hours. So texted them. Either way I'm happy maintenance was not absolutely necessary...

Beach walks were enjoyed. Very comfortable sofas, beds. Well appointed kitchen. Our suggestion is to provide 2 sets of towels per person on the rental. The towels were okay, we would have liked to have had 2 of each type of towel. We did contact Island Realty & they did bring us some additional towels. There were plenty of pillows & blankets but no extra pillow cases if using an additional pillow. Stocking 2-4 pillow cases in the linen area would be helpful. When we asked for some they were brought to us. Overall we had a great stay.

This is a very nice, comfortable & clean rental that show the owners left no stone unturned when they renovated it a few years back. The furnishings are all upgraded including the wonderful master shower & there is everything we needed there. Gorgeous views! We have stayed in this rental several times & will be back! Island Realty is always a pleasure to deal with! We love them!
