Stayed Dec 24, 2025Yes, pet friendly.Unit was clean.Pictures in listing were accurate.Unit needed maintenance.Community spa was closed during our stay. We were given an incorrect code to access the beach (a neighbor gave us a working code).

Stayed Sep 13, 2025Overall a great condo in Kill Devil Hills with easy access to the beach and restaurants. You can see the Wright Brothers Memorial from the balcony. The property was clean and well maintained. We loved that this property was pet friendly and our dachshund loved it. We had one maintenance issue while we were here and First Flight Rental was easy to get in contact with and fixed this issue in a timely manner. The pictures for the fitness area on the property are deceiving and we found this area lacking. The pool areas; however, were very nice.

Stayed Aug 29, 2025Great location with nice amenities. The specific unit wasn't super clean at check-in and had some minor disrepair issues. But the maintenance items may just be a function of end of season combined w/ the fact that other guests may not be reporting the issues.Overall a good stay and would certainly consider staying there again.
